我把她的10个food列出来：
1 - orange juice; 包括其他的果汁
原因很简单：高糖，引起血糖震荡和胰岛素分泌
2 - margarine:
这里头trans fat很多，结果是沉积成血栓，还不如吃butter，
3 - whole wheat bread / pasta and other comfort food
她说爱吃这些comfort food都是stress导致激素分泌让身体误认为进入了逃命状态，可
是你实际上坐着没动，于是就吃肥肥了
4 - processed soy:
包括soymilk, tofu等，引起激素变化
5 - genetically modified corn
美国大部分的玉米都是转基因的，不光是玉米棒子，还有gluten free产品，cereal什
么的
6 - energy bars;
有的bar含有大量的糖和trans fat

发帖数: 1200 | 6 我算是对 popcorn movie 耐受度很高的人了，不管情节怎么荒唐，只要场面大，
节奏不要太拖沓，都可以看得津津有味。对我来说，什么演员的演技，艺术深度
都是不用强求的。因此对很多广受大家批评的 popcorn 片，比如 War of the Worlds,
Hancock, Superman Returns, Pineapple Express 都觉得挺精彩的。我看电影，只求放
松，不求内容深刻和影片的艺术性，不期待电影能教我什么人生哲理。
可惜这次的 TF2 连我的最低期望都没有达到，别说情节紧凑了，连认真的把一个故事
讲完基本要求都没有做到。感觉 TF2 导演就像拍 porn 一样，先把动作场面设计好，
然后花一天时间捏点情节把动作场面穿起来就完事了。两个半小时的内容，随便剪掉
一个小时都不会对剧情有任何影响。我不知道这个 McB 导演如何能允许编剧搞出这么
粗制烂造的剧本。另外，动作场面其实也不好，爆炸太多，重复太多。
近期类似的片子还看了 Terminator Salvation, 非常喜欢。如果说版上还有人对
T4 的剧情不满，抱怨其中有漏洞的话，我想说这回的 Tra |

雨点小的打斗场面，足够唬人的特效设计，五官及格的青春男女，坚持为主角开金手指
的情节推进，这些特点都一应俱全而且十分鲜明。
它比《暮光》之流强出N档，足可冲出teenager走向中老年（？）的主要优势在于

吃了玉米养的牛肉，这还能算吃玉米么？吃了用淀粉酶分解玉米淀粉的糖浆，这个还算
吃玉米？你一天又能吃多少糖浆？

回国减肥成功，主要是这样做的，
在吃东西非常小心的前提下，还是拉了两次肚子。
生的东西一律不吃，不吃零食，饭也吃的很少，菜都很咸油很大，大肥猪肉，看着就倒
胃，吃几口意思一下。
经常饿肚子，北京的麦当劳，居然没有牛肉汉堡，吃了鸡肉的汉堡，巨难吃，好像是
CHICKEN POPCORN加了很多面糊，下了几次管子，所谓的名菜，难吃的要死。
锻炼，撑了几次双杠，其它什么都没干。
国内冻死人，零下10几度，北京的风脸都吹爆了皮，好像带走不少热量。经常打的，不
过有时候走路比较好，北京的爷很难伺候，你问他怎么走，他问你怎么走，几个BLOCK
的自己走着算了。
回来飞机上好像大家都有禽流感，都在咳嗽，我也不列外的中招，今早一称重，轻了5
磅。 |

以十二点出来坐校车回去. 当时觉得不可思议, 他们这是学雷锋做好事么?
学校的组织者也说, 如果喜欢看电影也可以自己买张票看一天. 后来我就经常约同学去
看电影, 有老美, 老印, 老中. 老美同学有个认识的同学在那影院part-time 收银. 我
告诉他们在中国每个厅都有人看着, 不能一张票看多部, 后来才知道这种行为叫movie-
hopping, 也是不道德的. 但我奇怪的是影院的人为什么都没理过我们? 最后终于搞清
其中的逻辑了. 12块钱的票, 他们分不到三块, 影院大部份的利润来自food court, 还
有 game machine! 乡下的影院平时一般都坐不满的, 位置空着也是空着, 还不如让观
众多看一些, 这样就有更多的机率多卖一些food, 增加影院利润. 他们其实也知道大家
都这么做, 但只是睁一只眼闭一只眼. 因为我每次去都会买大桶popcorn, 还有soda,
他们排队欢迎啊. 不过许多人觉得看电影累. 最多也就看一 两部. 现在我工作了, 也
