我的理解是对于1，2，3， 你每写一个具体的specific aim 的时候都必须单独提出来
。所以你在那个12页的正文里其实是每个大段落都必须有Premise, Rigorous, and
other considerations这三个小段落。我觉得Premise其实就是以前的那个Rationale的
等价品, 而Rigorous, and other considerations差不多就是以前的那个pitfall and
alternative resolution 的代替品。这个是我的理解，不知道对不对。希望参加了今

，或者有新的破坏，但是如果seller不认账，buyer到底有什么手段？对于这一点发现P
&S contract里面只有这么一段非常模糊的话：

但是并没有一个单独列出的contingency clause，所以感觉上一段话非常模糊，没有指出
1。什么是same condition，
2。如果不是same condition，buyer有什么后继手段。看上去好像buyer没有
cancellation right，那么seller完全可以胡搅烂缠，而buyer因为已经交了deposit，
很难退出。

我在这个房子里住了一年，是prviate suite，四间独立bedroom带bathroom，客厅和厨
房公用。合同是单独签的。去年搬进来的时候非常急，看房当天就搬进来，看房的时候
看到bedroom有点积灰，地上有些死虫子，带我参观的人说屋子还没有professional
cleaned。但是我打算搬进来以后，立马改口说已经clean过的。当时拍了几张照片，给
他们看，他们不看。照片还保存着。厨房和客厅搬来的时候就很脏，因为住着一个老印
，一个伊拉克大妈。当时中介说我不用负责公用部分的卫生，但是其实只是口头说，后
来发现lease里明确写着中介清理公用部分我们四个房客都要分摊费用。

能 pave，只能用碎小石头。 然后deed写着房子对面的住户有权更改房子的颜色，大小
，材料等。
请问这些正常吗？感觉万一对面的住户发神经，说要让我看中的这个房子重新改下，重
建，是不是我也得遵守啊？
