涉及德国对华直接赔款的问题，其实没有明说。只是在133条里面提到，在中国的德国
产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是

after gunmen stormed an upscale mall in the Kenyan capital Nairobi, says
Kenya’s Red Cross.

车跟房子一个级别，属于个人premise,不用有持枪证就可以在车里放一把枪，当然
concealed,不能被别人看到,如果你想每天别在腰里的话，需要持枪证。
前阵子一个妓女欺诈嫖客，嫖客付钱没有得到应该得到的服务,被嫖客当场枪毙，无罪
