just from the symptoms, it is likely acute myocardial infarction (AMI). it
could also be severe angina without infarction. in the majority of cases,
the primary cause is vascular. alternatively, in certain circumstances,
problems in the conduction system can cause hemodynamic disturbances severe
enough to cause heart attacks.
AMI, depending on where it occurs, can damage the conduction system too.

盗汗=night sweats
但是总有点怕凉，而且稍微动动就狂出汗，主要在后脑勺(still sensitive to cold.

Both of my nipples were cracked during the first month, and each feeding was
a grueling experience, it hurt so much that I sweated profusely before each
feeding because of fear.
Things will definitely get better after the first month. Then your nipples
will be so strong that the baby can twist and turn them without causing much
pain to you at all. |
