章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。

1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话

2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free

这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)

死前几天都是处于不吃不喝状态。当然这个问题的前提就是iv和胃管灌食也停止了，否
则没必要解释。
这个贴主要是找理由。但是，如果你想一想，就可以勾画出病人在hospice的最后几天
是什么情况。所以才有家属问这个问题。

发帖数: 144 | 19 偶过去半个月里时常咳嗽几声，感觉有痰，早上特别明显，有时觉得呼吸不舒服（有点憋闷的那种，不过这里最近很热）。没记得感冒过。前几天去医院看了一下医生，做pulmonary function test，先
做一次，然后吸一种药，然后再测一次，所有结果都无改变。
只有一个结果不正常，FEF，forced expiratory flow只有70%多。
其余各正常结果是：
FVC 157%
FEV1 156%
FEV1/FVC 99%
PEFR 91%
计算机报告自动生成的解释是，possible early obstructive pulmonary impairment
。（看起来很吓人。。。我大致google了一下，似乎多是有毒物质导致的肺损坏）
医生给开了抗生素和一种镇咳的药，说如果好了就不用X光了，如果不好再回去拍片。
觉得心理不踏实呢。。。偶的工作不接触任何有毒物质，无家庭肺病史，从不吸烟。。。最近一次
咳嗽也是04年了，感冒后，冬天，半个多月，痰浓，吃了阵子抗生素好的。这种吹气测试过去从
没做过。
哪位达人提供一下看法？有些怕怕。感激不尽！！ |

receive annual flu vaccine and get pneumonia vaccine,
use bronchial dilators with acute exacerbation and antibiotics when there is

chest x-ray to evaluate pulmonary insufficency.
CT-Scan with IV contrast to rule out pulmonary embolism.
2D-echo to evaluate Left ventricle ejection fraction.
blood test: proheart, BNP something like that.

findings that pulmonary artery pressure might be seriously off mark.
unfortunate for patients, many famous Chinese heart "experts"' understanding
of disease mechanism and hemodynamics is much worse than that of mine, and
i am not a heart specialist. if she was seen by a famous "expert" at Fuwai,
she'd better go to another hospital. there was a similar patient that i

even the biggest hospitals, much. someone wanted me to have a look of his
case, and the path report said predominantly solid, but the only picture on
the report was predominantly micropapillary to me. i asked the blocks to be
sent to a pathologist i work with, and it was confirmed as predominantly
micropapillary. it was from one of the biggest hospitals.

1. does she have access to low dose CTI will say no. if yes, then it makes
observation
more comfortable.
I am going to say yes though I don't know what dose is regarded as low dose
for CT. She does have access to a hospital with lousy doctors but with 5
different CT machines, all brand new. The oncologist here the US recommended
ct every 6 to 8 weeks but everybody in China thinks it is excessive and
wanted to do it every 6 months.

表明pdt有效。我前面引用的文章主要是副作用研究，不涉及有效性。
灵芝所说“借助光纤、内窥镜和其他介入技术，可将激光引导到体内深部进行治疗”绝
大多数是指non small cell carcinoma。不同种的癌症，治疗效果大相径庭。

和宝宝的费用，希望对需要的妈妈们有帮助。
我是头天下午5：30去的医院，6点被收了，当时已经在active labor。但是由于一直没
有开到10指，所以折腾到第二天中午左右才生出来。由于生产之后高烧，又被在医院多
留了一天，整个算住了3天。如果不高烧的话，可以少住一天。
