紐約市衛生局27日發出肺結核疫情爆發警告，布碌崙日落公園地區中國出生的華裔年輕
人已確15例，這些患者多為男性、並頻繁出入網吧。目前，紐約市衛生局正與當地醫
療和社區機構合作以期控制疫情，並建議華裔高危人群要接受篩檢。
衛生局指出，已被確缘15例肺結核病患皆為中國出生的年輕男性，他們都居住或活動
在日落公園附近。衛生局表示2013年全市有656例確裕瑢凫犊煽刂茽顟B，但自2013年6
月以來被確缘倪@15例病患情況引人關注：都為藥物敏感性肺結核(Drug-Susceptible
Pulmonary Tuberculosis)，都為男性、且頻繁使用網吧、都在外州餐館打工等，其中
七例是在最近半年集中出現，他們從出現肺結核症狀到開始治療的平均時間為28天。.
目前衛生局正與當地健保提供者、社區組織以及其他機構對疫情進行調查，尋找帶有肺
結核症狀或有感染風險的對象，控制其擴散。

出问题的，大多数是身体部件出问题。
我人为lz的问题出发点是身体没有硬伤的条件下给出的，所以我assume是healthy成年
人。
运动理论／技术的提高在很多项目里都有，篮球／足球也不例外。游泳当然也有。但是
没有强大的心肺功能作为基础是万万不能的。心肺功能是靠长期稳定的训练＋redzone
taper加／减量来维持的，简单说就是１０－１５％的训练时间心率最好在１８０或以
上。 |

生成的clot也有可能掉一块， 顺着血管进了肺子就成了pulmonary embolism。 但据
说Celox在人体里能自动分解，也不会break off, 这就比QuikClot强得多。 不建议买
那些所谓“home use"或者"sport use"的， 因为这些标准里装的药剂和用手按伤口和
pressure point的效果差不多， 要买就上最大剂量， 因为这些东西没有overdose一说。
tourniquet也是同样道理， 只有在elevation， pressure point和direct pressure都
无法止血的情况下再用。 皮带， 绳子和木棍也可以做tourniquet.

obstructive pulmonary disease) 引起的。你爸烟龄很长，非常有可能COPD. 一般长
期高血压病人会有左心室肥厚。 肥厚性心肌病，有50%可能是家族性的，往往是常染色
体显性遗传。 所以如果排除肺心病和心血管本身的问题，年轻的时候发病，先天性肥
厚性心肌病可能性大。然后如果父母中有一位有，小孩遗传的概率50%左右。它还有
variable expression， 表明有遗传基因的缺陷，但表达的严重程度不同。 |

阻肺等有关。其他的心血管病就不提了。 mucinex对化痰有些作用。
如果经常咳嗽，咯痰，可以去看看，让医生听一下肺，需要的话做个肺功能检查啥的。
如果是年纪轻轻，经常运动，应该没问题。
家庭医生抽血检查，主要是做个基础的了解，血脂，血糖，肝肾功能等。
应该会给你一个报告的，没有吗？ |

去年11月去电影院看大片《林肯》，发现一个怪现象，里面有很多段落台词，美国人笑
的前仰后合，我尽管也看懂听懂了，但完全不知道哪里好笑。当时想到，肯定是对很多
背景故事、典故不了解导致的（比如美国人看《建国大业》王宝强说“前面有个地主大
院攻不下来”估计也笑不出来）。上周末下载了字幕版仔细的看了一遍，对这部电影清
晰了很多。
首先列举一下电影中出现的围绕废奴问题的几个派别和代表人物
1. 坚决反对废奴派：George Pendleton议员和Fernando Wood议员。他们是国会民主党
领袖。其中Fernando Wood出身是纽约大资本家，主要想的是和南方做生意，打仗对他
影响极大。而George Pendleton和林肯除了政见不同，还是竞选对手，他作为副总统参

今天在家读了一本书《Two Kisses for Maddy》，昨天在b&n看到这本新上市的书，看
完synopsis以后决定买了。最近我比较喜欢读memoir，因为真人真事总是有其真实性，
这本书很感人也比较伤感，但是结尾很好。现实生活是残酷无情的，我们迎接现实的方
法就是学会如何去处理它，看这本书的同时我还在读一本romantic fiction，相比之下
简直就是平淡无味儿，放弃！有空大家读读memoir吧。

一边弄一边说，我喜欢吃鱼，我可以一边弄一边吃了。
神么鸡肉味，牛肉味，我一边做药一边感觉像在厨房一样。都是真肉真鱼，不是什么
artifical flavor的。
最厉害的是一个狗，吃什么药？viagra!!!!!伟哥！！！！因为这个狗有pulmonary
hypertension,我本来还准备给主人说：注意哦，要是狗狗的JJ硬上几个小时的话，要
马上看医生喔。结果主人说，狗狗是女狗，好了，我就不用提醒这个副作用了。
