妈妈两周前胃痛，送到urgent care （版上说这个比较便宜）。
妈妈进去后，推进去个病房，打了点滴做了X光。中间过来打了两个胃病的针，接着说
可能是flu，取点鼻粘液去查。后来查出来是flu。回家吃tamiflu好了。现在账单送到
，竟然说要价6500多。
其中Lab 1500, Emergency Room 2000 （就推进病房，不知道怎么算emergency room了
），Radiology 700多，Pharmarcy/Medication 1700多， Pulmonary 300多，Pharmacy
/drug 70多.
我妈只有国内买的医保，据说没有用。这边没有买医保，求问怎么减免账单？一个flu
啊，6500刀，太吓人了。 |

Both are OK, no active TB. The immigration doctor said that's good enough

USCIS. I then saw a pulmonary doctor and did another blood test to further
confirm I did not have TB. There are many variants of the bacteria, some can

result but no problem. |

The latent TB is not active when you are young, but can cause
you sick when you become older or weaker. That's what the doctor told me.
The medicine may have side effect, such as to the kidney.
So the doctor did further test to decide whether I need to take it.
As I said, a pulmonary specialist can further determine whether you
have problem, now or future. |

发帖数: 287 | 16 我前阵子做了485体检，很多疫苗以前出国的时候都打过了，这次只打了另外两针，具
体名字我也忘了，好像是什么hepatitis A和 hepatitis B，然后也做了TB test，结果
是 positive。收到TB test结果以后，那个移民局指定的医生（Dr. L）让我做两件事
情：
（1）做 chest X-ray，并且把报告发给Dr. L; X-ray的结果是negative，说明不具有
传染性。Dr. L也说了，其实绝大多数中国人都是这样的结果。现在Dr. L已经有了我TB
test和 chest X-ray的结果。
(2) Dr. L同时又给了我另外一个order，约见 Pulmonary and Sleep Consultant里面
的一个医生 Dr. F. 我上个星期二去见了Dr. L，她就简单对我做了一些咨询，建议我
吃6个月的药。我看了P Jiang的博客，说我们中国人不要去吃那个药，我当时也就没有
答应。直到今天，我询问Dr. L那边，有没有收到Dr. F的report，那边还是说没收到。
我想不通的是，为什么这么一个简单的report，一个星期都提交不了？

终于到了，版上祝福还真是灵啊o(∩_∩)o。
LD绿卡耽误滴原因是体检表格护士给填错了，TB应该是latent，结果给勾到pulmonary
TB去了，结果给RFE，不过医生倒是马上给更正了，之后一个礼拜绿卡就批了，再一个
礼拜绿卡寄到。 |

这回二次体检，因为怀孕，做了血检，还是阳性。
但是不想现在做胸透，是否只能等生完孩子再胸透完了才能拿到693？移民局网站上写
的毫不含糊的样子。
如果这样又要等大半年，好难熬；请问有没有朋友遇到同类情况，在移民医生那里通融
