Then use the number 89, not 27.
Citation itself is not a claim, but an evidence for contribution/authorship. |

file the same form, if "approved" it will not be asylum category (which is a
valid GC eligibility category) but withholding of removal, which only gives
you EAD but nothing else (no basis for I-131 or I-485, and this temp
protection status will be canceled if you leave US)
"approved" has quotation mark because in fact it is a denial of asylum, but the deportation accompanying with the denial of asylum is withheld. |

works in some of the papers. however, I still got the RFE for the part.
by the way, I submitted 7 Reference letters including 5 independent letters.
one letter from the member of US national academy of sciences.
I hope to get more suggestions from yours.

Feb 19 file第一次PP,3天后USCIS网上状态变成Acceptance然后就一直不变，15天后让
律师打电话去问，说“The office confirmed that they are returning the check
for the premium processing because the case did not qualify for premium
processing. ”
根据律师的建议等了一个月，April 16又file了一次PP,今天又被律师告知“USCIS did
not accept the company's EB-3 I-140 premium processing request”. 更加离奇
的是，USCIS网上现在的状态还停留在头一次PP的那个"Acceptance"状态上，实在是让
我抓狂。

新房的屋檐水槽因为年久腐蚀漏水, 这上面还有挡树叶的网, 拆起来非常麻烦, 简单的
用防水胶补了几次无济于事. 恰好今年厄尔尼诺现象严重起来, 经常下雨. 关键是这水
滴到地上就溅到门, 一次大雨就把门给泡变形了. 于是决定找专业人士来修.
当地不少华人做装修, 人工比较便宜, 交流也便利, 就是没有牌照, 一般的解释都是说
英语不好考不下牌. 用过几次, 活还是可以的, 就是没保障, 而且在工钱上猫腻多, 有
的还牛逼, 说周末都打高尔夫, 不干活. 我周末还要备课写论文, 我就是不会修水槽.
找来华人报纸, 打了几个电话, 一个说现在读博士呢, 不做装修了, 一个说你这种小活
我不干, 除非出到跟大活一样的价, 一个来看了, 找出一堆活来要我请他做.
没办法只好找当地黄页, 打了几十个电话, 大部分一听说是小活就推说忙其他活, 除非
