址。
将realtytrac上的房子的小图标照片保存下来，稍微放大
街名输进到bing map,然后用bird eye.
对比保存下来的小图标照片根bird eye，很容易对照出来是哪个房子
zillow里zoom in到那条街，找到那个房子，就知道地址了。
不适用于很新的房子，很新的房子可能bing里没有或者zillow里没有。 |

区买到相对满意的又不超过预算的房子,通过normal sale的渠道似乎希望不是很大(房
奴区).
偶知道www.truila.com上可以看到一些foreclosure的房子,但很多都不提供地址.如果
要查的话,就会链接到另外一个网站:www.realtyTrac.com,但要收费,一个月好象$40多.
..
www.truila.com和www.realtyTrac.com的最大缺点都是房子情况更新不及时,很有可能
房子都已经售出了,但在这两个网站上还有...
请问大家有没有知道可以提前知道foreclosure或是shortsale的房子的情况的网站?

the first half of this year over the same months in 2009, according to
California-based RealtyTrac.

美国房地产市场正在被两波潮流打得七零八落。由于失业率高居不下，3月份美国房屋
止赎数量大幅度增加。分析人士说，失业问题是这一轮止赎的主要动因，更难解决。另
外，在美国更多没有失业还可以得以为继的业主选择“策略性”终止偿还房贷。

过ziprealty或者redfin啥的不会漏掉了这种房子的。
不过一些收费的网站，象realtytrac，可以看到所有的foreclosed房子的具体信息。一
般而言，foreclosed的房子很快就会上市的，所以你可以更好的安排你买房的strategy
