until completely recovered, do NOT play too intensive games or practice too
tough......
knee cup is not so easily worn, but injury to ligments are frequently seen
and more disturbing to your playing......

We have a new Pro for the last two weeks of the year in the College Prep
Group on Wednesdays - Brian Baker.
Brian is rehabing his knee and will return to the ATP circuit this spring
but in the meantime he will be a guest Pro for the top groups. Brian is
currently ranked #53 in the world and played all four majors in 2012 and
reached the round of 16 at Wimbledon. |

this is a big muscle and once injured or torn to affect negatively to u for
movement and it's pain or limit your movement seviously, it means injury
some bad extent, u better stop to use it and take a full rest, sametime to
receive treatment and rehab by good hand doc.
if u neglect and don't wait for fully recovery and rush to play and use it

提醒一下大家，选择餐厅吃皇帝蟹的时候，价钱不是越低越好，低价的餐厅可能会另外
收费，或者要求额外消费，甚者还有缺斤少两的问题，所以最好选择一些信誉高味道好
的餐厅，这样可以享受到好吃的皇帝蟹之外，用餐的过程也会更愉快。另外，我个人不
建议点盖饭，用蒸皇帝蟹留下的蟹汁拌饭会更好吃更实惠。
生活在寒冷海域里的皇帝蟹（King Crab，又称：阿拉斯加皇帝蟹）体型巨大，有长长
的腿，外壳布满了尖尖的刺，看起来好像科幻片里的怪兽一样，但它却是阿拉斯加海域
中的珍宝，每只体重约为5－15磅。温哥华离阿拉斯加海域较近，所以几乎全年任何时
候都有皇帝蟹供应。即使如此，每年大约从2月底，3月初开始，温哥华的皇帝蟹供应量
就会明显增多，而且持续大约3－4周的时间。这段时间可以说是吃皇帝蟹是最佳时段，
除了售价会比平时明显降低之外，和其他时间相比较也会更新鲜。所以建议想吃皇帝蟹

时，索性起身记几笔在飞机上看完的《青玉案》。看时昏昏沉沉，时清醒时迷糊，记时
沉沉昏昏，难分梦蝶庄周。
最早知道董桥，还是好多年前在天涯潜水，有人尊，有人贬，看个热闹。年轻时随便给
点理由就能看轻某个名人，凡自问有不及我处，皆不必读，不必敬。董桥的散文随手看
过几篇，也就淡了。
本书就是散文集，关于他收集的一些文物书籍的回忆，老旧人写老旧物。开头几篇末了
总是有意无意提到某些文物的价值，几万到几十万美金等等，我于古董完全是外行，只
觉得既然是文人玩小件（董在集子里多次表示，囿于财力，只玩小件，且不玩贵气而是
文雅），何必谈钱呢。好在只是开头几篇，后面的虽有暗示，很少有带着数字的美元出
现。
同一个人，写同一类事物，多了难免有套路。本书的大概套路就是，写人起笔，由人及
物，由物生情，生情而不煽情，“hold住”，结尾点到人，留一点淡淡的余情未了。
不过谈钱也好，套路也罢，对于现下的我来说，都是细末了。现在读书，越来越不“讲
究”，越来越宽容了，似乎随便找点闪光处就能看重某人，不管是不是名人。凡自问有

Doc. said to ice and take anti-inflammatory, make it not swollen first.
Then you can start to rehab, with physical therapy, basically a set of
exercise to restrengthen the ligament.
You are young and should heal soon.

不行吗？捐款网站上说的是rehab需要50000美金，但是“她家就是拿出所有的积蓄都不
够的”对于这种奇怪的问题我们提出质疑至今没有一个人出来答复，你觉得正常吗？
