海洛因甚至fentanyl。我知道一个人车祸伤了脊椎，疼痛难忍用fentanyl patch一直没
事。后来自己上网查发现有很多副作用就不愿意用私自停药了。再后来又发作可是没药
了就用海洛因，过了十几年才戒掉。你去rehab问问就知道有多少人是这样上瘾的。还
有一些是小儿多动症一直吃药，长大后偶然发现加大药量会很high甚至思维更敏捷，就
这么沾上了。
楼主自称医生，但对美国pain management practice一概不懂就别出来瞎指点了。在美
国看过病吧，要refill根本不用亲自去看医生，打电话让renew script就行，医生怎么
