请问为了不影响average credit card life，这个hard pull值得吗？
reopen的话卡号什么的都不会变，这应该不算一张新卡吧 |

一段话：

然后，新的最后一段又说，如果你的I94已经过期，现在已经是非法居留了，要depart
immediately。并没说还有30天可以准备一下阿。为什么我在精化区看大家都说有30天
打包时间啊？ 和我这封信上说的33天之内可以重新申请是一回事吗？如果不重新申请
，B2持有人一天也不能呆了吗，总得有几天准备一下离境吧？

我们已经去机场CBP核实了,那条记录不是我妈的,而是和我妈同名同姓同生日的一个加
拿大人的.CBP的人说在系统里remark了,而且给了名片,建议我约local的USCIS
inforpass,USCIS的officer有问题可以联系他.

证据,motion to reopen.
motion to reopen 需要交$675,我觉得太冤枉了,是他们搞错了,还要我交这么多钱!

本人机械硕士一名，昨天刚收到OPT延期的拒信，主要原因是说我在OPT过期之后才提交
OPT延期，但是说现在还没有生效，可以reopen，希望各位有经验的大哥大姐帮帮忙，
给个意见，以下是我的整个经过：
2012.8 开始实习，
2012.8.13-2013.8.12 OPT生效时间；后来在实习快结束的时候准备找其他家工作（因
为实习的公司说不能办H1B身份），
2013.9 拿到另一家offer。
2013.9.14，自己DIY申请OPT延期（I-765）。当时我自己疏忽大意，以为可以在OPT过
期以后的60天grace period里面申请延期，后来学校告知不行，但是移民局的人说可以
申请，于是我就抱着赌一把的想法提交了材料。
2013.9.16，移民局收到材料。
2013.9-2014.1，中间我办过变更地址，申请加急（无效），基本每星期打几个电话查
，还跟Tier-2 officer聊过，还经历了政府破产（不知道是否影响），反正经历是辗转
反侧。。。
2013.11.18，移民局发信要Request for Evidence，后来我接到信以后看到确实我的

也没有太多经验可以参考。。。
请问各位，有没有过同样的经历？ 现在是不是必须要找律师才能解决了？如果要找律
师的话，怎么找到靠谱的律师呢？一个人在外打拼真的没有太多人可以商量。。。请大

Officer都会给你一个书面结果：I-485 Adjustment of Status Interview Results
上面会注明你的绿卡类型： COA - F26（结婚已满2年，无条件绿卡）
或 COA - C26（结婚未满2年，条件绿卡）
本人就经历了书面结果上面写了 F26,
然后 CASE 被 REOPENED,
最后收到的 APPROVED LETTER 上面写的是 C26 的曲折.
论坛里面有个别人也怀疑可能是因为类型归错，
导致被 REOPENED 和 延迟批准.
等待绿卡的过程很煎熬，

你的140在TSC批了，如果reopen成了，你可以重新递交485去TSC，这样拿绿卡就是再等

天”我没太明白。如果是非法身份停留，那可能比较麻烦。如果期间维持了H1B，应该

the top in the field, as the IO requested. All 数据 are for that conclusion,
and mention this conclusion explicitly.
It does not matter whether your evidence is for this contribution claim or
not, all the evidence is ultimately for totality.
What's your background? If you want to go for EB1A or NIW using a lawyer
that you choose or DIY, you don't need sponsorship from your company at all.

我听说重新motion去reopen case需要等很长时间甚至超过一年，不知是否真是这样，

--motion to repoen花的时间会长，但是等待裁决期间你的身份合法。如果最后被批自
然没问题，如果没被批，OOS回溯到你motion to reopen的时候。
另外，请问还有什么方法能较快地完成转身份，比如重新回国去直接签F1是否可行及时
间上更快？

this decision (33 days if the decision was mailed). If USCIS does not

也就是说现在还不是final? 否则的话我寄I-290B表岂不是白搭?

我以前的申请本来被批了结果莫名其妙的reopen也不说明原因后来幸好我那个io特别特
别的nice，给我打电话让我不交材料，这样我的卡才下来的。
建议你找靠谱律师咨询一下，然后去info pass（info pass一般用处不是很大）

状态转为Case Was Approved.
去年1月份的case, 在版上算是个老炮儿了，同时期的战友几乎都已经毕业了。从提交
直到批准期间INFOPASS 10次以上，SR接近10次, Tier-2 5次左右，本州Senator A 问
询4次，Senator B问询1次，本地区Congressman 1次，FBI NC询问1次，Ombudsman求助
1次，可以说除了最后放大招WOM之外所有的方式都尝试了。把之前所有的信息串联起来
整理成了以下的timeline:
02/18/2016 – 主副AP/EAD Approved
2016年3月 – 副卡NC response sent back to USCIS from FBI
2016年10月 - 主卡NC response sent back to USCIS from FBI

I140因为premium wage被deny一次，后来Motion to open又case reopened.
第二申请人reopen之后被REF一次，要求补充non-immigration status材料。
FP总共做了2次。
online status都没变。今天还没有收到letter.估计明后天差不多能收到了。
今天给uscis打电话，CSR把online status念了一遍然后要给我做service request.告
诉他我朋友不少都批了，online status也没有变，要求和second tier officer谈话。
转过电话去之后，核对了一下名字和地址，告诉我6/9已经批了。letter已经寄出。
太穷了，也没有包子。就是过来通报一声。多谢这里的各种信息。不是这个版，还不知

发帖数: 495 | 45 Bless. Don't panic at all as this is probably a mistake on USCIS's end.
First of all, you need to find out the reason listed on denial notice.
Then you need to talk to your lawyer and appeal the decision/reopen the case
. It's not possible to submit 485 for your PD now, so you need to keep your
cases active.
You have valid H-1B so there is really not much to worry about. Just make
sure you reopen the case within the time window (30 days?). Good luck! |

这种论调我真的已经无力吐槽了。
1. 材料真实有效的485基本没有被拒的。除非移民局工作失误，看第3条。
2. 485被拒之前通常有NOID，不是没有征兆。
3. 就算485真的被拒，还可以要求reopen/reconsider，不是马上要离境。
4. 就算reopen/reconsider不成，还可以转回H1B身份。
5. 还可以重新交485。
6. 就算什么都做不了，逾期停留只要不超过180天也没有什么大问题。
所以这根本就是一个杞人忧天的说辞。
理论上来说，H1B如果失业，也是当天就要离境。有人因此而不敢用H1B么？ |
