1. 最后两分钟内教练不能challenge了，review全由booth决定。
2. 这个不是turnover（因为海鹰没有gain procession），所以没法启动自动review。
3. 唯一能够review的是球是否过线 -- 估计booth觉得太明显，就不review了。
为什么狮子失去球权？
NFL有个奇怪的规定，如果fumble后出边线，比如三码fumble，球在半码的地方出边线
，球权归进攻方，从fumble地点开始进攻（三码）。
但如果进入end zone后再出去，则进攻方失去球权。
为什么不能把球踢出去？
我觉得这个规定比较脑残，因为很多时候同样的动作没法判断球员的真正意图：故意把
球打出去或者没有抢好不小心而已。应该允许球员采取任何方式把球打出去！
在有mitbbs以前我就发觉NFL有个脑残规定，所谓“force out”，就是接球队员在空中
被防守队员推出去，没有触地，也算catch。这个完全是裁判主管判断！这个脑残规定
终于在大概10年前废除了。
我觉得以后也会允许球员采取任何方式把球打出去的。 |

越位这个判罚，是对防守有利，那么出现可能越位的情况，边裁可以举旗，但是不立即
停止比赛，如果防守得球，则继续进行，越位缓判取消，也不得再review，因为越位球
员所得利益已经消失。
如果攻方继续进攻造成进球或者定位球，则需要review，如果边裁没有举旗，教练可以
challenge，review结果，如果没有越位，进球有效或照常罚定位球，反之所有越位以
后的进攻行动无效，守方罚间接任意球。
点球是相反，对攻方有利，裁判看到禁区内犯规，也应该缓判，直至攻方失去进攻机会
，就是失去控球或球离开射门范围，或者死球，此时要求review，如果裁判不判，教练
也可以挑战，这样对攻防双方都合理，如果review结果没有点球，攻方也没有损失任何
继续进攻的机会，守方也逃不过应得的处罚 |

写代码的时间长。 关键组里有那么几个纠结的闲人， 居然什么细节都仔细去看， 不
照着他意思来改不sign off, 从来没有这么纠结过。
以前公司review就是大致看看有没有明显的问题，在不在框架设计的范围内，然后具体

现在的状态是“under review”,已经一个星期了。
看他们家的Reviewer Instructions,写的是“Please provide your review within 10
days”。不知道PNAS得审稿是不是真的这么快，10天就能搞定么？我们小搓lab之前只
投JBC,没经验...
其实我想的是，
要是真的10天就能出结果的话，那我下礼拜就不请假了，
如果要审一个多月，就请假出去先玩一个星期...

interest。但是这个reviewer故意找茬儿太明显了，而且在comment里毫不掩饰他自己

编辑已经跟我们说不用管这个reviewer 2了，我们知道paper肯定是可以发了。不过这

2自己不知道，跟我们写email说，大家打电话面对面聊，不要浪费他的时间，我们没理

editor再发到一个新reviewer手里也值.
有一个guity原理是,文章在editor手里越长,editor越想让你文章被接收.为此,他很有
可能把你的文章发给你recommend的reviewer手里以加快review进展,有什么能比editor
站在你立场上好呢?

本来你6周的时候问一次还凑合
偏偏4周的时候就催
如果不是fast review，4－6周正常的很
就算是science editor决定fast review
也得1-3天先跟eidtorial borad的人咨询一下，是否能做fast review
然后你投文章，文章通过系统内部转eidtor手里1-2天
editor到处找reviewer（不一定available)得1－3天
特别重要的文章倒是可以催reviewer 24-48h回评审意见（不过总有人可以拖的）
回editor手里要是悬疑不决继续编辑部开会搞个1周
这样的话，3周都是快的
现在正常送审，4周你就急，催了也就罢了，才过去10天，你又催
我要是editor不被你烦死才怪
就现在你这情况，8周以后再说吧 |

我厚脸皮地联系过TRENDS CELL BIOL (IF=12.35)，CELL RES (IF=8.19)的编辑，人家
几个星期后回信说不准备发表相关主题的review文章。
然后投了一个5分多的没有注明邀稿的杂志，under review了，但是一个多星期后说我
们的候选文章很多，你这个破玩意不在优先考虑之列。
现在正在投一个4分左右的没有说明邀稿的杂志，under review中……
反正是自己这两年空闲时间写的破东西，也不急着发表，慢慢折腾一下，尽量发个高分

"Reviewer for n journals/conferences, including X, Y, Z ....."
The acknowlegement letter of "please accept my invitation as reviewer to
review this paper" is better than "Thank you for volunteering to review this paper", is not it? Both styles are typical for acknowledging paper reviewing.

现在amazon会例行review新卖家，如果你的销量突然增大，而FB太少，
就如楼上所说，你可以提供必要的材料，以加快review的速度，不过一般都一个月左右。
你现在要做的就是：
把需要的材料发给amazon；
向买家催Feedback，要注意措辞，始终坚持3P原则，如果产品没问题，发10个FB
request，能收到2-4个FB；
保证产品的出货，不要有seller cancelled order和late shipment order；
尽量保证买家满意，不要出现NF，如果出现NF，跟客户沟通，发个新的产品过去，或者
Full refund，或者给Gift card。
如果review不通过，amazon账户里的钱会再hold 3个月。

一旦review了这些点就会暂时被freeze住
如果是partner的点（如SPG等），那么amex关卡不会影响这些点数
话说回来，amex的review也不是什么大不了的事，只要你申卡的时候没有虚报收入什么的
我反正被review之后也没怎么样，当然有可能会降cl
再说回来，一旦被review了除了按它的要求去做，也没别的办法 |
