我的第一个回帖举了德国的例子，德国的工会更强大，环保要求更高，整个政治环境要
比美国更靠左。另外也引用了今天的新闻，苹果计划明年在美国生产一部分Mac。
美国跟德国的比较，你至少不能说明daemonself的观点中的因果关系。
lcz的回帖说(1)美国的工人的教育水平和技能不行；(2)德国只生产高利润率的产品；(
3)德国工人的工资是政府控制的，涨幅比美国低多了。

补充一下背景：
美国phD，毕业后在美国top牛小薄厚，已经两年了。递EB1a的时候是薄厚一年半的事。
那时候文章7，第一作者的只有2，没有CNS文章，citation是逐年增加的（当时是80多吧）
claim publication, contribution, media都承认了
review没有claim，因为当时只有10左右吧，结果也承认了。
推荐信6封。
总的来说我毕业时间不长，文章数目有限，case算弱的。所以totality上不知道具体该怎么加强。现在citation和review
的数目都有增加，还有一片挂名的CNS文章投了很可能会发（当然无法在30天内发出来）。但既然claim的都已经承
认，我是不是就不该再纠缠这些了？记得以前看人说凡认可的表示感谢就好了，多说还多错。

享下。RFE的response其实也就是再重新组织材料，重新写的petition letter.
看到RFE， 我感觉IO根本没怎么看我的petition letter, 所以在准备response的时候
，都时时考虑，如果IO粗略扫一眼的话，他能不能get the point. 所以用了很多下划
线，加粗之类的highlight 关键词。格式上每一项，每一小项都分清楚。那些个比较复
杂的证据，如果不是非常强，宁可不要。

只有一篇一作。
另外，在contribution中提到sigma xi， 并没有claim，也被拿出来说了。

引用70多次。有个学会的奖，和一个论文international competition的first prize。
是两个committee的member。claim了老三样，外加award和membership。
RFE中说要通过two-part analysis来决定是否满足EB1a。第一个是检查是否submit足够
evidence。第二个是检查是否has achievements recognized并sustain acclaim。
第一个part的分析，IO说Documentation of award和membership failed to establish
eligibility.

1.有review，但是没有证明是distinguished within his field of endeavor。。。

现在citation涨了点，一共正好100,不过几乎全是中国人引用的。

3月27号就被RFE了，无奈总是收不到RFE,Submit了2个service request都么有等到，终
于在congressman的帮助下今天搞到RFE了，一共耗时45天，估计人品都集中放在h1b抽
签去了，anyway，今天终于收到了，貌似承认了review, authorship,质疑了
contribution。
