日前，我校计算机学院2005级博士生瞿泽辉以第二作者身份参与研究和撰写的学术论文
Limits of
Predictability in Human Mobility在2010年2月19日出版的美国综合学术期刊《科学
》杂志
（Science）上公开发表。该文以美国东北大学、哈佛医学院、电子科大三家为共同作
者单位。
瞿泽辉同学本科、硕士均毕业于我校，2005年继续在我校攻读信息安全方向博士学位，
由魏正耀院士、
秦志光教授共同指导。2007年，他入选第一批国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目，赴
美进行合作研究
工作。
该论文研究证实，可以通过数据挖掘运算法则对人们的移动模式进行实际的预测，准确
率高达93%。该项
研究成果将为在公共卫生、城市规划、电信产业、交通工程等方面预测人的行动规律提
供理论支持。

近日在中科大主页上看到一个标题为“Science 杂志专题报道少年班学院”的新闻，
Science专题报道我国大学的事情，我之前都没有听说过，专题报道一所大学一个特别
学院更是闻所未闻，所以很感兴趣，就想自己看看英文原文报道。根据中科大以往的新
闻报道习惯或者模式来看，对于像发表在Science这么牛的杂志报道，一般都会在文后
给出英文原文报道的链接。但是这次很反常，中文报道很短，并且没有任何链接。无奈
，只好自己查了，前两天没有查到，越是查不到，反而越是更加激起了我的好奇心，这
个周末闲来无事，就再次用谷歌查。中科大的上述报道的开头说，“4月19日出版的第

类老虎Tasmanian Tiger (Thylacinus cynocephalus) 重现的计划，比较有意思，也切入
到大家关心的物种克隆的话题，特此奉上。
世界上最后一只Tasmanina tiger于1936年在动物园死亡。位于悉尼的澳洲博物馆的一个
进化研究小组正试图用100多年前保存的标本克隆出活的动物。他们的方案如下：
1. 从标本中扩增DNA，对比其它动物的基因组，确认是该物种特有的DNA。
2. 构建文库，重组成人工染色体 (大约35亿硷基对)，并重建细胞核。
3. 核移植到该物种近亲Tasmanian Devil的卵中。然后将受精卵移植到surrogate
mother体内产生幼兽。
4. 将试管中复苏的动物投放自然界。
据乐观估计，成功率可达5%。这个项目比克隆mammoth的优势在于他们有充足的DNA样本供
使用。让我们拭目以待吧。
