的配方是商业机密我们看不到。

AFE猜测跟普通mobil1一样。另外不同的标号，配方也不同，你得看你关心的标号的油
。比如如果你看0w20的AFE（或者普通的mobil1），section3里面会说
1-DECENE, HOMOPOLYMER HYDROGENATED 30%-40%
而0w20的EP是
1-DECENE, HOMOPOLYMER HYDROGENATED 60%-70%
这个1-DECENE, HOMOPOLYMER HYDROGENATED就是ExxonMobil家做的POA（group iv）
base stock，纯合成。不保证5w30也有这么大的差异。

我从种子提nuclear extract, 想做EMSA, 用的是DIG-Gel shift kit. 开啥有了
TATABOX （5 repeats) 25bp in length, 试试看蛋白是不是有功能的，结果没加蛋白
的free probe也有带，所以认为我那加了蛋白后产生的带不是真的binding，因为2 带
的位置是一样的。但是有些情况用其他大一点的探针，50bp, 会得到smear. 还有我跑
电泳的胶很小，8x8cm（bio-rad)， 5% native gel. 0.25x TBE buffer, 4C, 80V.
问题：
1）怎么能证明蛋白是用功能的？现在没有binding， 不知是不是蛋白的原因，SDS-
PAGE 检测蛋白还行。抽的几次都是结果差不多，尽管有些带很强且集中在2个区段，但
总体来讲，蛋白的分布大小都有。
2)能不能找个其他probe 做postitive control。 有人可以推见一下啥探针？
3）我是用的nuclear extract, 探针可不可以用200bp 长的。
4)调整些啥才能有好 |

我做Flag pull down，之后把elution冻在-20°过夜，今天早上解冻的时候发现蛋白质
沉淀，
我加了SDS （终浓度1%），煮了5分钟，还是没见到任何溶解，
请问该怎么溶解蛋白质啊？
用loading buffer煮一下能溶解么？

与者要么是发考题要么是博士生（准发考题吧）。按说素质不会太差，不会很无聊挖坑
，浪费大家时间和热情。然而，却是有些人很喜欢挖坑。比如choice123， 这两天挖了
一个坑 “国内正教授能在美国找到AP位置吗” (被指出以后已经被他撤下了）。当然
还有他以前的几个坑被晒出来。为什么有人喜欢挖坑？ 能引起他人注意有成就感？作

11年讲师，可能12或13年拿副教授，12年出国NIH薄厚，16年前就变国内正教授了，

2) statistical arbitrage (for example BRK.A and BRK.B)
3) sell way out of money put (for example, sell 7.5$ and 10$, two month away

4) Macro analysis (long SRS or short URE, short SSO)
5) take adavantage of leveage slippage (short SDS and short SSO
simuatenously)

觉得直接short SPY效率比较低，做空10份就要300美金的保证金，加上一些止损的需要
，基本上要500美金才能做空10份SPY，结果眼睁睁看到SP500从970掉到850，才赚100块
钱，还要付10块的手续费，太发指了。
看了下option，溢价贵的离谱，而且我的broker收20美金加每份2块的手续费，贵死。
看了下追踪纳指的QQQ，好像跌的比SPY快一点点
还有google，跌的也比spy快些
大家还有什么办法可以高效一点做空？讨论一下
