我的初衷其实很简单,我跳出来跟拍粉撕逼,别人就不用出来了。是很可笑的理由。这
里拍粉一家独大,想捧谁黑谁随心所欲。拍粉嘲笑挖坑别人的时候,别人要么躲开要么
离开,不敢回击。我这样装疯扮傻,也许有点威慑力,他们说话也会有点顾虑。
我说的那件事就是很好的例子。我夸堂哥不合适能让他们很不爽,但反过来人踩龙哥到

含胸是介于挺与凹之间,这也体现了内家武术“中”的原则,而这个“中”在传统
文化中是无所不在的,象武术中的中和之气,儒家的中庸之道,中医的阴平阳秘,
都讲究一种均衡稳定的状态,也就是一种既非太过又非不及的状态。挺凹是两个极
端,我个人体会要体会含胸要从挺开始,先挺胸塌腰站好,这样背部斜方肌(TRAPS)会
紧张,两肩会向外向后张,呼吸会比较费力。这时候把斜方肌放松,使双肩略向前
扣,向下松沉,人就会感到呼吸顺畅许多,而这时的状态就是含胸。站直了不挺胸
就是含胸。含胸作好了,拔背也就作好了。含胸拔背作不好,松肩坠肘,虚领顶劲
就都作不好。
有些人背部肌肉无力,驼背,往往自己觉得站直了但其实没有。去GYM用中等重量练
练SHOULDER SHRUG,两三周背就不驼了。当然脊椎有病那就是另一回事了。 |

球手的手心,然后再...原因是避免非持求手的手指制造额外的旋转及斜抛。所以,有
经验的裁判不会因为手掌不平而判罚。
哥们的发球不仅没问题,相反,有很多值得学习的地方:球抛起后,持拍手缓缓地有曲
线地抬起,然后再突然地发力击球,这样的发球具有:
1)优美性:那种曲线美只有舞蹈演员才具有。你的对手往往会被美所迷惑。
2)实用性:高质量的速度和旋转,都是由放松的身体再突然紧张制造出来的。被美迷
惑后,突然遭遇非常旋转或高速飞来的球,不畏惧的选手还剩下几个?
不过,非持球手的缓缓抬起的同时,有点耸肩。这可能与长期的西餐有关,染上西方人

章)说进一步检查排除了这个原因,就是背肌受伤,和hamstring无关。旁人分析和猜
测很多,因为soni的视频铺天盖地。就她的200蛙来看,水里动作造成hamstring受伤的
可能性为0;背肌受伤的可能性倒不小,她的游法和男子competitive br相反,拼命制
造尽可能深的胸前换气pocket,压低头的位置,肩向上然后背肌向两边拉伸并猛地向中
间拉。当然,不清楚她做什么dryland练习,所以也不能完全排除hamstring受伤造成背
疼的可能性。
lochte据说是韧带受伤,我找不到细节报道。这肯定是dryland受伤,以lochte的身体
条件,在水里无论怎么游br都不可能韧带受伤。
就你的情况,dryland一定要小心。阻力练习循序渐进。长跑后蹬务必打直腿。
水里的动作是否会受伤?就你目前动作看,hamstring恐怕大部分时候是放松的,因为
你收小腿尚有很大问题,是边沉膝盖边收小腿,和可能造成受伤的稳住膝只收小腿这样

以前有医生建议用蛙泳帮助增强胯的稳定性,但是很快发现了新的问题,有髋关节毛病
的人,通常膝关节也不好。蛙泳在增强大腿和髋外侧肌肉锻炼的同时,恶化了膝关节的
问题。
大腿外侧肌肉的锻炼主要以陆上悬垂大腿左右横摆俯卧撑最方便、最安全(如果健身者
没有肩、臂问题),而且嫌强度不够用弹力绳。
T老兄前文提到蛙泳shrug shoulder造成臂、肩不适,刚刚有soni因此退役的惨痛教训
。据此说蛙泳是垃圾,可谓话糙理不糙。
一定要游蛙泳健身的人,上肢力量如果够强,就不要耸肩,至少不要用爆发力快耸快送
;或者干脆游平蛙,所有动作都在水下完成。 |

近水面。如果这时肘沉下去,加上不能pull的太靠后,肯定是用不上力。手到绿圈时如
果可能也尽可能保持高肘。及时抬头,及时做出屈肘很重要,这样才能内划加快(屈肘
内划比直臂内划力量大的多)。同时注意小臂和手掌朝向向后,不要为了高肘把上臂向
外侧摊。肘保持尽可能高,同时尽可能稳定。
这张图是在这个人趴着状态下示意的手的路线,看起来手过了脖子。实际上游起来,头
已经抬起,所以手不过眼睛。如图br_body。这张图上,示范者的肘已经明显下沉,绝
大部分人游蛙泳这样足够好。顶尖的蛙泳选手此时肘离水面仍然相当近(水如粗绿线,
侧面看);因为他们分水就开始加力,跃出水面也比较快,所以胸前有pocket,胸前水
面低于侧面,所以fina的规定是肘不能离开水面,这里水面指胸前水面。但是因为裁判
不易判断,又不允许用摄像机辅助,除非特别明显不判。
关于2,听起来你在换气周期手划的太靠后了,头抬起来的也晚。这两者加起来,让你
的换气时间变短,hips driving的效果变差,上半身容易失衡。如果是健身游游,不必

刚一开始用我就觉得不能跟rafa使。rafa跑动范围太大,这种球他够着了就能得分;
roger反而会心虚,导致手上touch受影响,更容易放不出好的小球。
小费这人真是太特别了。对别人有用的东西,对他就不一定起效果。往往得他自己
figure out的东西才能用得得心应手。
现在肯定需要个心理医生了。近几次交手,小费破了rafa,之后立即被反破。更要命的
是发展到好不容易拿到破发点,最后转化不成破发,下一局立即被rafa破掉。这个成了
致命定律,快跟荷兰队踢不进点球一样了。
小费阿,这个天才心理太脆弱,类似于梵高一类的。。现在当务之急是心理疗伤,
shrug it off, 不要把心理负担带到草地赛事里去。
法网嘛,打不过rafa就打不过吧。地球人都看出来了rafa红土无解。小费的最大的可能
还是等rafa缺席决赛。rafa再神也不能一辈子拿法网吧,总有让位的时候。希望小费能

barbell biceps curls,这个会cheat的比较厉害,用preacher的话,身体还是会动,
不过貌似cheat少很多。
dumbbell flys,这个加重量就很容易有press的动作进去
deadlift,加重量,最低的时候low back会弯。
barbell shrug,这个不太严重,就是太重了就会不可控制的想垫脚尖-_-
