最近，在美国先锋集团公司网站(www.vanguard.com)的Chairman's Corner（总裁角）
看到John J. Brennan先生2006年12月的文章The return of simplcity。Brennan先生
举了Scott Burns的投资组合(Couch Potato Portfolio)的例子。组合非常简单，50%投
资先锋500指数基金(Vanguard 500 Index Fund），50%投资先锋债券指数基金(
Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund)。这个专为 Couch Potato(指的是老泡在沙
发上看电视的懒人)提供的组合，在1995-2002年取得了年均8.7%的优异表现。
由此想到，对长期投资来讲，简单就是最有效的。老子讲过，少则得，多则惑。凡是需
要长期经营的事情，都离不开此理。坚持简单的俯卧撑锻炼， |

both Libertarians and Neo-cons are closet liberals.
Second,conservatives want somebody to advance conservative causes.Gingrich
has done that and it on his record.Paul is just not that person, because
