有些不适应。当时口渴喝水，正巧遇到下坡，没注意到速度加到85迈十几秒钟.立即就
看到警察从路旁草丛里出来，打着警灯追上我。警察上来后，好像说罚400多刀，加上
我后视镜挂了个东西罚50多，一共大概500刀。很惭愧，英语太差，听得不是很清楚。
但今天我打电话到court询问，接线员说我只有50多刀那个罚款，没有超速罚款。我想
请问，是不是警察看我新手初犯不给我开speeding ticket 还是我要去其它地方查这个
ticket？
还有我上个月刚搬了家，只在网上DMV更新了地址，驾照和registration地址还没换。
警察给我的ticket也写着旧地址。有没有可能警察把那张speeding ticket过几天寄到
我以前的地址？

查了NYS的DMV解释，说外州的moving violation都不会add points到NYS record上，那
是有speeding记录但是不会有points了？不过我不知道speeding这个是会一直在记录上
还是会有一个期限呢？以后如果relocate，需要换其他州的驾照，应该我的驾驶记录上
是没有points但是有speeding记录，不知道这样对不对？ |

很少晚上出门， 昨晚一个人去２迈内的一个地方有事，真是撞到鬼了。什么倒霉事情
都碰到。 在熟悉的城市里迷路， 莫名奇妙开到墓地边。。。饶半天出不来。 吓的汗
毛都立起来了，开的也有些快，本来黑呼呼的倒车镜我就怕， 突然看到警灯亮。。。
魂都没了。 pull over 后，被告知开的太快，吓得我说话都抖了，警察说见是初犯，
给个 speeding ticket with reckless driving warning. 还建议我去court,说 judge
多办会给个driver improvement course,让我去 ....就不用交罚款.
回家后仔细研究citation发现。。。他写的４７／２５..难道超过２０迈不就是
reckelss drive?难道他趁天黑糊优我的？

再上庭。
因为你的速度低于65，他说你犯的不是Maximum Speed Law，而是Basic Speed Law。
Basic Speed Law只说要开安全的速度。只要你能证明你当时开的速度是安全的，就行
了。
还有，如果他抓你那段路五年之内没有做过engineering and traffic survey的话，警
察用雷达是犯法的，你就无罪。你可以向控方要求一份这个survey。 |

5年前在VA读书的时候，我一个身边很好的朋友就是在I-81上开到85以上吃ticket，最
后花了好像6、700刀请了律师求情，最后还是要强制执行社区服务，否则有criminal
driving record影响绿卡申请，虽然是5年前的事情了，但记忆犹新。

人说话，没注意65 mph的标志，开的74.以为回来后交个罚单就够了（人生第一张
speeding ticket，以前听其他人说也只是交罚单），结果一看，要求到法庭。。。。
也没有罚款，只是要求到庭，说14天内不到庭，法院可能issue逮捕令。。。。。
只有三天了。。。。。
电话可以周一打，但是不知道还要不要飞回去上庭？请问犹他州的speeding ticket都
是怎么解决的？

结果说是speeding。我想不会吧。最多50，还是下坡时刹车晚踩了一两秒。被告知限速是35。
一看ticket，180刀。作友邦惊诧状。警察大概也觉得抓了个非典型（看我就不象喜欢开快车得吧?），说可以上庭。又看我是外州牌照和驾照，特地告诉我court是在某某town。
人生第一张speeding ticket。
我打算上庭了。不知道外州得驾照也会扣点吗？在庭上是要说点什么理由吗？
在chapel hill出没的同学们，最近speed enforcement可能比较多。注意点吧。 |

Ticket上写的Speeding 31/25， 42/25（42/25被划掉）。
警察说我是42，自己给减为31，罚款也由185减为81，4点减为2点。（181和4点都被划
掉了）
当时从一条路转到另一条路上，感觉不会开到42， 不过应该不止25.
警察说可以直接寄罚款，或者上法庭（1月16）。
刚刚在网上做了点homework，好像南卡如果警察了两次不上法庭才可以免ticket。
这是第一张speeding ticket，不知道该怎么做。是该上法庭还是直接交罚款？
我是北卡的驾照，如果上驾校免点的话，是应该上北卡的还是南卡的？查了一下，南卡
的驾校没有online的，要两个晚上，每晚4个小时。 |

车牌外加驾驶者清晰面部3张相片，而且条子必须预先提供警告，驾驶者不遵守警告才
能开罚单。这个跟其他地方不同，chicago这样的法律下，根本不可能设无人的
speeding camera，一般需要警告测速车，测速/前车牌照相车，测速/后车牌照相车 3
辆车才能行动。条子搞这个成本是非常高的。
你们见过没警告的red light camera？显然没有。这种speeding camera, 除非你眼睛
半瞎了，一般收效非常小的 |

two-lane roads.. OR convicted of speeding at 85-and-over anywhere in Georgia

其实开车还是很小心的，没看到speed limit sign， 以为是35。
收到了alameda court 的信。我计划去上庭。
信上说的，要签字后和payment一起再寄回法庭。
我的问题是要把他们寄来的通知，签字（Court Trial 部分)再寄回去吗？
还是要把那部分割下来。
希望收到过alameda speeding ticket的前辈指教。

Written Declaration再上庭从新争一遍。
你具体是哪一个罪。如果是basic speed law（22350），就有很多法律上的东西可以用
来对付。你可以说你开的速度的确是安全的。你可以说如果他们没有拿出证据那段路5
年内做过speed survey的话，他们用雷达测你是违法的。如果是maximum speed law（
22349），就没有那么多法律上的东西可以用来对付。 |

早晨开车赶路，一不小心踩到50, 很短的一段路， 被 radar detect, pulled. 但是没
看到有人在working, 写了speeding in construction zone worker present. 一时慌
乱也每折回去拍个照片。
查了这是double fine,$400+, 不能deferred, 不能上课，不能消记录。

very close to North Carolina). It was at 4am and I was trying to find a
restroom. I already explained this to the officer and he still gave me the
ticket. Is there any one who can give me some
suggestions? The speed limit is 70 but I got 80. The cop charged me speeding.
They asked me to go to court on Oct 27. Also, I can pay the fine without
attending the court ($111)? Which one I should choose then. Also, will it

以前没有买YONEX的球。这次试了AS-30 speed 3, 感觉快了不少。
不怎么用力球就出界了。

发帖数: 913 | 50 1. 2mph out of 90mph (average 8i swing speed of amateurs) is not a big diff to begin with.
2. It is - If Everything Else (grip/clubhead) kept the the same, switching to lighter shaft will generate more clubhead speed.
I don't have a number to back it up, but to me the cavity-style r7 CGB Max irons have significantly larger clubhead, which translates to heavier, when comparing to muscleback-style AP2.
So the total weight of CGB might not be any lighter (if not heavier) than AP2.
