球杆。我改用TM的RBZ后，增加了5MPH的速度，CARRY长了15-20码。CLUB HEAD 都是
460CC的， RBZ的球杆才48克，比我原来的srixon fujikura球杆少了12克。
当然，根本的还是要增加身体的力量和柔韧性。另外身体在swing过程中的balance也重
要，因为club head speed不完全决定CD，还有一个smash factor，决定你club head的
能量的传递效率，balance好了，MAX out swing speed 才有效。练练练。 |

speed loader， 从枪托底端或者侧面取出. 装弹的时候， weal hand持枪， strong
hand抽出speed loader， 跟side saddle用法一样。
或者在receiver上， 或者枪管旁边装一个类似side saddle的东西专门用来挂speed
loader （这个图里的SideArmor two-shell holder和手电的位置） |

runs (16 - 18 miles) at 7.3-7.5 ml/hr now. When I do tempo training at 9 ml/
hr, I can only last 18-21 mins, plus warm up/cool down. Should I lower my
tempo speed to 8.6-8.8 in order to make it 30-40 minutes work out, or keep
push for speed in tempo training? Just do not want to waste the valuable
tempo training. |

than CISC cpu for same clock speed. But I feel it is wrong.
I am using UltraSparc 10 (cpu is: UltraSPARC-IIi, 333 MHz),
I wrote alot of Fortran programs, all shows it's speed is
about 2/3 of a Intel PIII 500 cpu. (reason is Intel/AMD add
parallel in there CISC cpu?)
So, conclusion is, for same clock speed RISC and CISC cpu
does not have great difference (except price, hehe)

power assist”，对比起其它类如E、S等等的写着“Power-assist vehicle-speed-
sensitive rack-and-pinion steering”。
另外C300上也没有说steering是speed sensitive的，只有C350的才标明是speed
sensitive。
不会Benz这么来省成本吧？都三万多上四万的车子了。 |
