刚从POT LUCK归来,显显好吃又易做的蔬菜炒面。
对不起,先啰嗦几句。其实带什么样的菜去POT LUCK
是最让人头大的事。在本版考古后,发现推荐春卷和锅贴
的不少,可细想前者不充饥后者太麻烦,加上有两娃总在
身边上窜下跳,后果不是炸糊了春卷或煎焦了锅贴就是把
我烦糊气焦了。
也想过烤肉凉面等好做的,但考虑到人多,族裔繁杂,碰
不准撞上谁的禁口,正不知做什么是好时,偶然发现在
STOP & SHOP有卖“中华面”(STIR-FRY CHOW MEIN)
和李锦记的STIR-FRY SAUCE。灵机一动决定来个素炒面,
既迎合了老外的口味,又照顾了各种宗教,还拍对了素食者
的马屁,最重要的是做起来不费事,一举几得。
事实证明这素食面大大的好,特别是原材料出于美式超市,
很适用于象我们这种身边没有中国超市的,另外这一优点
被我放大到会场上,老外们听到在STOP & SHOP就能买后,
全都瞪大了眼睛要跑过去了。
言归正传,以下是这次素食面的做法(前后不到20分钟)。

过节就是胡吃海塞。 上一个新学的菜。
SHRIMP ETOUFFEE, 应该是Louisiana 风味的,微辣海鲜,冬天里吃暖暖的。也是在
别家PARTY吃到好吃先学,然后先卖到劳工DEPT PARTY,挺受欢迎的。而且做起来简单
,如果提前把菜切好,只需要30分钟COOKING TIME。 缺点就是不能放,一放就变色。
所以那天中午溜回家现做,热乎忽端去劳工DEPT PARTY的。吃完LG系里几个人要菜谱。
。。人给介绍说是被改良成中国口味的海鲜。。我晕。。这就是个地道美国菜,准确的
说是法系的,因为Louisiana曾是法国殖名地,所以他们的生活习惯很大程度沿袭了

种,底很浅,锅很沉。买了第一个link的stir fry pan, 和国内的炒锅很像,但是也有

貌似有中文说明的啊。。。。
机器上左二的STIR-FRY 就是爆炒功能。。。默认三分钟。。。不够再加时。。。
通了电源按power后会自动进入预热程序。。。预热完毕会滴声通知。。。
然后按function键选择炒爆炒煎盘功能。。。
开始预热那个stir会自动转两下。。。
所以炒菜时都扔进去。。。
要是只用煎盘功能记得等那个stir自动转好再码放材料。。。
我上次煎饺的时候没经验。。。饺子码好一按power就自动转。。。把我饺子都转一起
了。。。我去。。。囧。。。lol

What we need:
- about 1,5 kg of mutton or pork.
- 3 glasses of rice (it must be washed beforehand and soaked for some hours)
- 3-4 carrots and 2 onions
- 2-3 garlic bulbs and 2-3 chilly pepper pods
- Fat (of sheep’s tail would be perfect)

No late-night snacking (OK. quite full at night)

今天吃多了,可能和平时的不加控制的时候每天吃的下限差不多。(汗一个。。。下限
阿。。。觉得平时不太注意的时候差不多要1800-2200cal/day),都是因为下午WFH,
以后还是无论如何都要在办公室坐着。
今天跑步也比较悲催,特地开了20多分钟的车去河边跑,结果晒晕了,后面都是走一段
跑一段。看来还是不能太冒进。

- about 1,5 kg of mutton or pork.
- 3 glasses of rice (it must be washed beforehand and soaked for some hours)
- 3-4 carrots and 2 onions
- 2-3 garlic bulbs and 2-3 chilly pepper pods

最近翻出阿西莫夫作品全集来重看,真挺有意思的,不仅囊括了他最早期那些名不见经
传的短篇,还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇,居然发现他在1938年(当
时他还在读大学)成功预测成两件事:1)1940年第二次世界大战,2)1970年,人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已!
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……
