问题了，都是我的心头最爱，每次选择都要纠结死。早先做了爆炒鸡杂，应该算是湘菜
了，看到那个帖子就开始馋川菜的味道，尤其是馋郫县豆瓣的香味。于是极富行动力的
就立即做了豆瓣鱼！搭配一盘香菇炒上海青，一碟凉拌黄瓜，中午我和P吃得超级开心
，海逮了几大碗米饭下肚！原来这三个菜一起吃是这么的配啊这么的配！！！哈哈哈~~~
说到鱼，在世界最大淡水湖Lake Superior边的Houghton居然很少有新鲜鱼卖，超市里
都是冰冻的鱼肉，没皮没骨没头没尾。每当想吃水煮鱼或者喝鲜鱼汤的时候，就只能看
着冰箱里的冻鱼肉哭笑不得。据说这里很少有卖新鲜鱼有两个原因。第一，在这里几乎
家家都有船和渔具，买个渔证也只需要十几美金，便可以钓一整年的鱼，所以大家都不
需要去买鲜鱼。第二，Houghton是一个以采矿业发起的城市，据说附近的水域矿物质含
量都很高，不适合鱼类生长或者其养育的鱼矿物含量超过食用健康的标准。所以市场上
卖的鱼基本都是从别处运来的，甚至有一大部分是进口的，据说有很多也进口自中国。

发帖数: 1758 | 44 现是做了最简单的戚风蛋糕，（以前也做过的，还不错呀）可是吃起来居然是苦的。以
为是所用的面
粉什么的过期了，因为大概放了有２年了吧。
然后买了新的面粉，BAKING POWDER， BAKING SODA，又做了MUFFIN。结果还是苦的。
自己分析原因：
１。用的糖过期了？（不知道有没有糖过期一说）
２。BAKING SODA放多了？ 好象把TSP（应该是TEASPOON）看成TABLESPOON了
昨天又去买了新的糖想再试试。
很怕又失败，大家帮我想想还有什么可能的原因啊？谢谢了。
我用的方子如下：

是要用油炒ground beef还是用水煮啊?

如果有时间和精力，下面是一个还能凑合的方子，
至少我觉得比这里一些小饭馆的好吃，
逢年过节我会做一点，屡试不爽，小孩子尤其爱吃
前提是，如果能严格按照材料和比例
3.5 pound(s) large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, quartered

mushroom sauce：
Ingredients
8 oz (1 package) of thinly sliced mushrooms
½ pint of milk
½ oz (15 g) of butter
1 heaped tbsp of flour
olive oil
salt and pepper
Procedure
Heat a little olive oil and melt the butter in it，add the mushrooms and
sauté until the mushrooms are soft and dark in colour.

东西.自家烤,无添加,烤好的时候真是香啊~~~
