1.弹性模量，这个基本所有钢一样
2.屈服强度，这个是钢材开始出现不可回复的形变开始点
3.极限强度，这个是钢材断裂的点
极限强度大都是通过大形变得到，也就是钢材越软
但是车全瘪了没断对乘员存活一点好处没有
很多便宜的低碳钢都能做到，不是什么钢材好
低碳钢经过深拉变形后，屈服强度上升，比较抗dent.标准的蒙皮处理手段
所谓strain hardening.如你所说，便宜
因为是strain过的，其实剩下的强度余量也不多了
说到吸能，这东西是体积形变的函数，铁皮薄了是肯定不行的 |

普通酸奶strain一下，就是greek yogurt了，才知道。。。汗一个，不容易买到希腊酸
奶的地区，很多人是自己strain 普通酸奶的。。。
滤掉的是liquid whey，所以。。。
希腊酸奶的蛋白质含量要比普通酸奶高很多，但是碳水，钠还有钙比普通酸奶要少（跟
着liquid whey一起滤掉了）尤其是钙，大概只有普通酸奶的三分之一
大家可以根据自己的需要选择吃哪种酸奶。。。
另外，greek yogurt可以代替cream cheese做cheese cake（这个我一直想试验来着的
，等机会。。。）也可以代替sour cream，好像是现在比较流行的一个趋势（原因是显
而易见的）前几天在图书馆翻到一本日本的烘焙书，里面把greek yogurt包上paper
towel，用重物压过再挤掉一些水分之后用来替代黄油~~叹为观止啊~~~~~ |

flu vaccine for the year is based on the viral strains in the wild observed
last year plus prediction based on cyclical data, so its strain coverage is
not 100%, but usually above 70%. it is said the 2003/2004 winter coverage
was below 50% when data was analyzed after the season. |

个星期的病休，在家静养，血块消失。后来生出得宝宝又健康又聪明。
上星期五晚上我自己大出血，到ER一查是同样的毛病。这边的医生不给保胎，听天由命
的意思。只是说不要heavy lifting或straining，还有不要放任何东西在产道里面，包
括transvaginal ultrsound也不可以。后来仔细想想是周四周五两次上厕所过于用力（
straining), 周五傍晚大宝睡着了把她从车库抱到卧室, 当时就觉得腰酸肚子紧，后来
两小时不到就鲜血直流了。
楼主mm也不要过于担心，好好静养。这个东西担心也没有用的。祝好孕 |

is of reasonable caliber, would bid 4H.
Because it is wrong to double with a strong one suiter at this level, you
partner would have drawn inference that double already suggested more than
one strain.

不要轻易尝试ultra。一口吃不成胖子，我的第一个50m dnf，然后卧薪尝胆，稳步上milage，才敢去挑战其他ultra。这个ultra之前两周，每个周末一个26mile long run才有这个令自己满意的成绩。
也不是每个人都适合ultra。我跑不快，但我能跑远。而且现在非常厌恶商业马拉松，才越来越喜欢ultra。这种小比赛比较和我胃口。
