敲除，故名思意就是让目标基因失去功能。这个相对容易实现。因为基因经过长期的进
化出来的精细结构，随机的删除或者添加几个碱基对(生物里的0 1）就能让目标基因
失效。
如何实现？CAS9或者其他的核酸酶，在破坏DNA双链以后，细胞会自动修复损伤。这个
修复的机制叫做非同源性末端连接（Non-homology end joining,NHEJ）。就是直接把
绳子断开的两端直接连接回去。但是这个过程不精确，大概率的会随机造成几个碱基对
的删除或者添加。那么正好就可以让基因失效。
这就是贺所采取的手段：基因敲除。

第二种，敲入。和敲除相反，把一段给定的DNA序列精确的整合进入目标基因组位点。
精确是这里的关键词。敲入的结果就是编辑以后的目标基因的新序列和预先设计的要一

你们，包括什么杀生丸都没说到重点。
先说一下贺的逻辑吧。多方证据显示携带CCR5delta32突变的人具有抗艾滋能力。而最
近大热的CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing技术使科学家现在有了“相对”定向修改DNA序
列的能力。所以利用CRISPR制造含有CCR5突变的人，会使该人获得抗hiv的能力。
这个逻辑门外汉看着会觉得相当很合理。很多在生物学界分一杯羹的物理/工程学家也
确实是按这个逻辑搞钱搞文章。可惜，贺还有贺的老板都缺乏真正的生物学背景。他们
和生物学家合作的时候没问题，但当他们自己开始搞生物，就会搞出大篓子。如果他们
在小鼠或者猴子里做这个实验，也就发一个二三流paper。但是他们野心太大，居然先
斩后奏做了人体实验。
