Costco 货架。
Costco 牛的地方是 supplier 一定要给 Costco 现在的最低价，
有些产品的价格是跟期货市场变动的，像米，咖啡， 油，甚至肉，
如果产品因为期货市场原因降价，那一定要给 Costco 价格降至
最低的价格。 如果被 Costco 知道没有更新价格，还是按过去
贵的价格给 Costco, 那就要下架。 有些大牌曾耍过 Costco,

，价格每个月都不同，我把10年12月以来的Generation Charge列在下面，我也没仔细

我现在的地方一直是用PSE&G的utility，电的supply是BGS，收费标准是RS（
Residential service），supply费用是固定的，6-9月比其余月份略贵一点。
当时Energy Plus的人上门推销，说他们用浮动的价格，平均下来可以比PSEG的省10%，
还要我签一份申请加入的文件，我说你给我仔细看过那个文件以后我再签字。他又说这
个是样本，签了以后会给我welcome package，里面会有的。
我觉得这当中有诈，就叫他先把资料寄给我，等我研究好了再说。后来就没有消息了。
上个礼拜收到了我的信用卡的推销邮件，说我要是加了他们的supply，可以奖励10000
里程。于是我又想起这件事情了，就到网上仔细查他们的猫腻了。

有些网友问我这个草坪的 seeding 计划是如何的。
我就大概在这里讲一下。注意的是，我的方式和网上或者视频
介绍的方式不太一样。我会简单讲下我为什么要这么做，主要
都是为了减少杂草发芽破坏新草坪的成长。还有我会尽量简化
掉不需要的步骤，减少资金投入。 反正我的方法是至少
有一个成功例子的。
先决条件，如果这些条件不满足，就不要考虑用这样的计划。
1）草坪要有自动的 irrigation system. 可以是临时的，但是
浇水要均匀。最好有可以编程一天超过 3 次喷水的那种控制
器。
2）要可以忍受草坪有几个月的时间完全秃掉，没有草的状态。
如果你不可以忍受，或者 HOA 不允许，那就不要考虑这个计划。
准备工作要有几个月。工作量其实不大，但是要细致。
3）可以接受使用 round up 来全部灭掉杂草。

design and optimization。
You may want to get some US experience first. Don't go to the so-called "物流
公司", I would very much call them transportation companies. Go direct to the
purchasing or SCM department of large companies, where you can do a lot more
than transportation control - supplier development, supplier base
rationalization, network design, supply quality assurance, etc. |
