司打电话,结果说可以cover任何奶泵,不限手动还是电动.只要有医生的prescription.
心中一阵欣喜~
离预产期越来越近,11月第一天就迫不及待开始寻找in-network的medical equipment
supplier.保险网站上有好多,但是打了几十个电话,大多是卖轮椅或者是呼吸器材的,好
不容易找到了一家有奶泵.我说我保险公司cover所有,问可不可以要medela的free
style.他们说需要提供医生处方,处方上需含有ICD 9 CODE就行。
和医生见面的时候提出这个要求，因为ICD 9 CODE是diagnose code，上面都是一些要
么孩子吃奶有困难或者母亲哺乳有困难等等。我孩子还没生呢，医生说她随便写个code
是fraud，会put her in jail。。。我能理解她的难处，可是这是唯一一个in network
supplier提出的要求。
我把情况反应给公司HR,小公司的好处就是她能立刻帮我。她联系了保险公司，保险公

联系上了一个local的supplier, 但是人家说如果走保险, 只能卖给我手动的,如果要电
动的只能自己先付全部然后再去找保险公司报销. 然后又给保险公司打电话询问有没有
限额, 答说不知道! 担心中间出问题就没有下手.
后来查到一个远程的supplier, 而且他家也在保险公司的supplier list 上, 打电话去
问说接受我的保险, 而且也有我想要的型号, 于是给了OB的电话和保险信息, 等他们核
实之后会再联系我并告诉我用了保险后我该付的部分,之后我再决定买不买. 觉得比较
靠谱,等有进展再来更新.

service. (Meaning they buy their power from suppliers for all products:
energy, capacity, renewable energy requirement, egress risk...etc)
And more importantly, NGrid recently signed a contract with an off-shore
wind project. If you read the news, they bought the power at ~21.5 cents at
a 3% escalation. (In short - price will go up)

题目如下：
There is a table of suppliers which has supplier id, product id. Each
supplier offers multiple products. Find a replacement supplier for supplier
with ID=X.
本来以为挺简单，但是做起来感觉不是那么回事。我先选出那个id是x的供应商能提供
的商品。
然后跟其他供应商能提供的商品做个集合比较。但是用了group by后，就卡主了。

生完之后医生开处方，要在in-network里面的medical equipment supplier买，一般医
院里面的护士会知道的。要不就打电话问他们supplier链接。
Since not all the provider of the medical supplier sell breast pump, if you
want to buy medela, my trick is that go to medela website to find authorized
dealer around your area, then compare to the medical equipment supplier
list around your area, this way you can find one supplier very quickly. Then
call them to find out. |

再打电话让supplier寄出来，还是完全等到生之后再order? 我在edgepark上看到UHC是
要求生之后才能收到pump, supplier可以在due day之前的30天收到order.
现在我遇到的情况是，我已经overdue了，supplier也核实了保险信息，但是我没有打
电话让他们寄，supplier就已经寄出了。要过5，6天才能收到，可我的ob说我可能这2
，3天就会生了，所以我都不知道要不要收这个pump.
所以想问下用UHC的jms,是不是pump的包裹箱里会有slip,让我们填收到pump的日期？还
是supplier就直接以ship out的日期为准file claim |
