but it sure helps a great deal with young enforcers like Bill and his team-
mates on our team. this year is the first year I did not have to play every
match and did not end up cramping.
we did also lost a few good players this year, Bill's co-captain,(tennis
elbow) Ding,(travelling to China) Kim(relocated to Denver).

又很久没发歌了哈，一直找不到有兴趣录的歌。
这首The A Team，讲的是一个为了白粉而祸害自己的美丽姑娘的故事。
我觉得是首挺悲催的歌，不太稀饭原版节奏，难得被我找到这个钢琴伴奏，于是根据我
自己的理解改了改，中间和结尾没印象原唱怎么唱的了，也是自己瞎改的。所以熟悉这
首歌的人莫笑 ：D
本来想要不麻烦一下爵猫帮忙做后期，后来还是算了，大家都忙。自己凑合做了一下，
加了1个平衡1个auto reverb （咱也会加平衡了哈！）

第二个game更长。 这个game是把26个人分成两个组，每组都要用一摞木板在地板上搭
成一个pattern. pattern的图纸画的很简单， 就是几个box在一起。这个game是计时的
， 记录是20.5秒。
只有一套木板，两个组有点互相compete的意思。一个组可以先拿图纸planning, 另外
一个组可以拿木板practice。 每个组都有三次planning和practice的机会， 每个
planning/practice的session是十分钟。
我们组挑的是先practice, 大家拿到木板才发现， 木板不但长短不一样， 每块木板的
开口也不一样。 开始大家试图拼起来， 但是过了八分钟也没有拼好， 于是决定记住
了总共有几种木板长短， 就开始了第一个planning session。
第一个planning session是试图把每块木板在图纸上编号， 然后把图纸和木板对应起
来。我们记住了一共有五种木板长度， 第一种最短， 第五种最长， 五种长度的木板

fit.
今天一早recruiter来电说We cannot find a team for you in NYC office so

我问他说可以match看看mtv的team吗? 她说会帮我找看看但不guarantee.
请问版上有前辈遇过这样的情形吗? 是因为我面试表现不够好才没有team要?

manager联系我说知道我收到offer，想看看我是否想加入他们team。可是我根本没收到

还有食堂，回来HR问喜欢啥组，就直接填的team money, 周三第一次update我，说有一
个team money的HM愿意和我聊聊，约好时间还没到，说HM家突然出了事，要out of
office一段时间；周四说又找了一个HM, 也是team money下面的，但是组在SF, 因为
sunnyvale已经没有headcount了。昨天11点半发的邮件告诉我的，当时就觉得非常
frustrated，因为比较prefer MTV或者Sunnvale的组，不想去SF. 所以想问问大家伙L

还是还没交hc就先去match了一个组？ 有些人是第二种情况
我的hr 在hc结束了以后打电话的时候是说hc觉得交给executive的时候有个team match
比较稳妥所以叫去team match
如果也是这种情况team match了以后hc再拒 那真是有点作了 |

btw even if there is a team match talk, it is mutual. It is not only you
choosing the team; the team needs to choose you to make the match work.
usually you can at least have one talk if the recruiter actively seeks for
your position

，耐力一般。老妈的team sports就很弱，因为反应慢。老爸反应速度还行，但是不喜

第一个，是原先的team lead，澳大利亚人，人缘不错，因为懂得多，很多其他部门的人
有不懂的也来问他。所以他跳槽的时候公司另外一个同事向公司申请了一笔钱，包了个
bar请了公司很多人开了个欢送会。
第二个，是个中国人，来了不到三个月，某一天忽然给team里所有人发个email说跳槽了
this is the last day云云。第二天就不见了。后来我们team lead不停的提起这个人表
示愤慨。
第三个，是个俄国人，在公司待的时间不算短，也是某一天忽然给大家发email说今天是
他最后一天，不过他还有10几天的vacation，所以就当2 weeks notice了。
第四个，今天走的，不过走之前一个多礼拜就跟大家打招呼，为了等够2 weeks专门和另
外一个公司延了一个礼拜。今天下午专门给team里的人发email说有人要提前走的话他要
先告别一下，临下班又专门和剩下的人一一告别。临走之前还专门跟team lead交待了一
下之前他做的活。是个负责任的好同志。 |

免费的了，所以大家都可以去试试。
一开始上来给你一支由比较差的Bronze Player组成的球队，然后你可以花钱买Gold
Pack来抽Gold Player，也可以通过打比赛赢coins来买Gold Pack，或者用coins去bid
别人出售的球员。一般赢一场比赛奖励几百coins，赢一个tournament奖励几千coins。
比赛也分offline和online，好像online的奖励会多一些。今年开始还可以用你的
Ultimate Team来挑战你朋友的Ultimate Team。
大部分Gold Player其实并不贵，数值在78以下的一般几百coins就能买到，例如Diouf
之流。好一点的数值在83以下的一般要一两千到几千，例如Thomas Muller。至于顶级
的C罗之类数值接近90的最少也要几十万，最多可以去到100万。当然数值越高的球员越
罕见，所以要是谁的运气那么好抽到了他那简直可以去买彩票了。买球员就跟在ebay上

block listing。而且给的理由都非常荒唐。经过询问seller support，我发现这个
seller performance team是今年Amazon给outsource出的单位，它之所以这么嚣张是因
为要邀功请赏，刷存在。我这么说还有一个依据是你联系这个单位都要直接发email而
无法通过seller support系统，而且他给我回过的email还要cc一个amazon.com的人。
我建议大家一起complain它。因为这个被outsorced出去的部门和Amazon其他部门之间
一定也有利益冲突，应该可以借力使力拿掉它，或者至少让它收敛一些。所有被这个
seller performance team整过的神医一定要在复活以后complain一下它来反击。时间
长了这个team搞得天怒人怨活不长。
我觉得应当强调两点：
1.他们对seller很差，而且经常是毫无证据就进行惩罚，最后自己被打脸。
