the same partners played in the past 3 alumni teams.
As long as we could get both double matches, it is so easy to get 2 singles
out of 5 as a team averaged over 1950. |

Now in order to let DN play singles, Guo Yan has to be out, so
GYue will play teams only.
Otherwise, DN can only play teams.
So now 2 options:
1. LXX, DN singles, plus G Yue for team
2. LXX, G Yan singles, plus DN for team

I was extremely lucky to have played in Professor H's team "Kick or being
kicked" last year in Baltimore. Professor H. was a dedicated team leader
and first-hand contributor. For the event he interrupted his sabbatica in
the far east and flew all the way to Baltimore on the day of Thanksgiving.

team. The club owner highly recommended me the team, but I ended up with
K95 and bought two of them.
I felt that the team version was too light for me and had bad control. For
me, K95 gives better control and solid touch. The sweet spot on the K95 is
relatively small though and mishit is not that comfortable, you feel it
right away. |

cover的不全，而是表面的coverage太全了， 真正会出问题的地方反而放过去了。code
coverage是工具，主要是交流， 有一点保险丝的作用，但绝对不是法律合同。
一个team有个牛人make call是很重要的， 但指望牛人解决所有问题，那就是这个team
本身有问题了。一个健康的team, 烂的程序员或者提高自己，或者很快就被边缘化。从
这个角度来说， 我倒是同意你牛人很重要， 但不是指望他出活，而更多的是coaching
和建立健康的team culture。 |

也不可能和母语是英语的人一样。但是，在工作/学习中，不要反复因为“英语不好”
而道歉或者说什么“misunderstood”，也不要强调英语是自己的弱势而自觉理不直气
不壮。很多人英语有口音说话也有语法错误，但是照样非常自信的表达自己，所以LZ不
要自己先道歉先泄气。
但是美国人对于借鉴/引用他人文章/观点都比较谨慎，而在team paper中老师当然要更
多的看你（你们team)的观点，而不是引述他人的意见，所以你team member的意见有一
定道理。LZ的回信太defensive，也措辞太强烈，一看就是情绪比较激动的时候写的，
基本上剽窃这样的定性的词语你的team并没有给你扣上帽子，你不要自己把性质往那方
面引。
和美国人合作他们通常比较直接，对于不满意的方面他们会直接表达，如果有误解的地
方大家要好好沟通。但中国人比较容易defensive, 而我们由于是第二语言，有些措辞
自觉没有特别强烈，但他人看来已经相当激动，反而容易激化矛盾。
LZ的回信最好修改一下，不然很容易孤立自己。 |

10. it's difficult to make top 6 in 18-team league anyway. u need luck. but
vc in contract year, gomes breaks out in a bad team. u need one more big man
or give up on reb/blk to concentrate on others. teams like appa, nohate are
too strong in these two catagories

Trump team 基本是把 1-2-3 次辩论做一个整体 来看，估计VP 的也算上，期望最后是
2比1，或 1.5比1。寄希望于累计效果，不是 KO，就是要数点胜！
H team 是一个一个单独看，她们想的是 3：0；而且由于众所周知的H 身体原因和 选
民人气，加上这种debate 本身就 favor career politician（因为这是他们赖以生存
，不断训练的最主要的技能），还有民主党在媒体的天然优势，debate 就是媒体在办
，H team当然要充分利用之。
所以，对于trump这个对手，H 基本认为 debate 是她赢下来的唯一手段，不仅全
力以赴，还基本放弃了 到处 走的 campaign trail，体力跟不上，选民也没热情。

1.参加活动的80%是亚洲人。
2.喜欢白色的，可惜给我前面一个人拿了。
3.我开的，外表新三系就象是小一号的5系。
4.非常喜欢新三系的前脸
试驾有三个多迈的local指定路程，dealer包在指定路程上的保险。结果我一出dealer
就lost，而车上的GPS非常confusing，不知不觉在local开出了很远。后来还是开
freeway回去。
新的328i引擎很给力，加速很快。如果不是担心保险不cover，我在freeway上会再狂飙
一会的：）新的328i比上代的加长了，后座不会觉得拥挤。而City/Highway 23/33 mpg
的油耗在同级车里是Exceptional。
5.试驾完做survey的地方
6.旁边放了凌志的IS和奥迪的A4给大家做试驾对比，不过好象没人去开。
7.做完survey，给一顶有BMW和Team USA logo的帽子。
