manager也说谁有兴趣可以去看看。这个idea就是从developer里面分出4，5个人来，平时
没事的时候还是coding, 有critical customer issue的时候要负责解决。大头说根据其
他部门的经验，大概有30%的时候时间可以coding, 70%的时间需要work on customer
issues, 平均两个月左右需要出差一次，出差时间一到两个星期，个人的team, title都
不变。Critical Issue的定义是，比较大的客户，比较紧急的情况，Support和
Consultant都不能解决的，经过我们头儿的同意，transfer到CRT来解决。其实就是从
engineer里面分几个人出来focus on customer issues.
我问了问另外一个部门CRT team里跟我比较熟的同事，他说他觉得不错，因为我们的产品
是J2EE SOA infrastructure, 没有out of the box solution, 在比较大的客户那 |

因为之前参加过1个老美的业余club，他们装备专业，内容包括涉水和攀岩等。加之我非常喜爱户外运动，所以也产生了创建一个华人team的想法，至于内容还要看队伍的整体水平，我们可以先从最基本的“走”做起，如果有兴趣再一步步专业化。
虽然不希望将大家局限在一个地方，但是考虑通勤，初步将活动范围控制在，西至Santa Barbara, 北到Santa Clarita,南至Santa Monica, 东至LA downtown的范围内。
如果有朋友住在周边，又喜欢hiking，那么就请联系我，大家一起组建一个team，可以定期活动。至于活动内容也不一定非要是hiking, 也可以定期组织其他的比如沙滩排球，射击什么的。

问的原因是因为有两个pending offer from 2 se teams，其中一个自称有少量product
component design的工作，不过我不太信. 另一个做的工作是我比较感兴趣的，不过
明确说很少有design工作，基本就是fix bug.
SE team的SDE，从dev track来说，在career path上有弊端么？比如以后换组，别人觉
得你的design经验不够？或者说比较难promote？随便问问，我自己不了解，谢谢。 |
