Big-O is an upper bound.
Big-Theta is a tight bound, i.e. upper and lower bound.
When people only worry about what's the worst that can happen, big-O is
sufficient; i.e. it says that "it can't get much worse than this". The
tighter the bound the better, of course, but a tight bound isn't always easy
to compute.

Essentially, you want to do it on a sunny, still day. Sure, higher
temperature will melt the asphalt shingle a little bit, so that they can
seal tighter. But a hot day will exhaust your worker faster, and create huge

how many units? if it's more than 4 units, usually classified as commercial
building. code and inspection are much tighter. don't jump blindly before
you know all that are required to be a commercial unit owner. I have a
friend who owns a apartment complex near a colleague town, repair cost is
super high (all maintenance had to be done by licensed and bonded contractor
), can't refinance(commercial lending is totally different from residential)
