胎，非要我换俩轮胎，说只换一个不安全的话，磨损程度不一样，必须换俩。还说最好
买保险，无后顾之忧。好，换俩，每个轮胎都买上保险。换到北方州，路况那个叫差，
坑坑洼洼，要是新来的，还以为回到了祖国七八十年代。不过保险到用上了。开了两三
万迈了，flat tire两次，补了两次。这次又flat tire了，跑到店里，告知不能补了，
只能换新胎。好吧，咱有保险。结果人家说只用换一个。问磨损程度不一样不安全咋办
？人家回答，没问题，安全的很，尽管开。好吧。咋说都有理。 |

首先all whether/all season tire通常是不能取代snow/winter tire的。如果你那边
下雪多，还会结冰就更不建议了。你看的这个轮胎，看tread design是重视
performence的，不是安全和持久，warranty也不长，不知道是不是你想要的呢。如果
是，那我郑重推荐一款Falken Tire的HS439 Euro Winter Performance.比你看的这一
款强。如果不看重performence只想性价比高的话，买中国进口的牌子应该是最便宜的
了，我相信质量也不会太差。美国和日韩的牌子也经常有coupon的，不用coupon就有点
亏。可以去tirerack.com或者discountire.com看看。那里牌子算全的。 |

It is dangerous for me to drive it for long distance without a inflator.
but I haven't been out of my city for five years. long distance driving is
very rare.

2010年的六月下旬, 在科罗拉多转了一周, 主要是赴会参加木杨组织的漂流活动, 无疑
这是今年最有趣最刺激的行程.
关于漂流本身, 我不想在本文中着墨了, 因为其中种种乐趣是无法用语言描述, 你只能
亲身去体验科州山水带给你的惊喜.
然而科州又绝不仅仅是刺激, 他又是唯美的, 恬静的, 气势磅礴的, 仅仅从画面就能感

往东不远是大陆分水岭的Indepedence pass, 1万2千英尺海拔,
往南一路下去, 右手一直是洛基山脉的皑皑白雪, 自50号转向西, 这里有大沙丘国家公
园, 加里森黑峡谷国家公园, 各具特色.
但是特别值得一去的是号称世界野花之都的Crested Butte, 这里三面环山只有一条路
进入.

28mm may be less than ideal on a 19mm rim (still works though).
my own experience is you can find high performance tires in 25mm. but 28mm
tires tend to be cheap, heavy and uncomfortable. I tried it once and really
hated it. but rivbike.com carry some house designed high quality wider tires
for light touring. |

you don't have to use tire chains if you drive an 4WD SUV. But according to
Cal Trans website, you're supposed to have 4WD and snow tires. So does the
highway patrol actually check to see if you are using snow tires when chain
control is in effect or do they not really care as long as you're driving a
4WD?

mileage的all season tire，snow上的performance跟summer tire没太大区别。
我现在想，一个办法就是，头天租到车后，赶紧找个店买一副尺寸合适的snow chain放
车上。然后路上根据情况决定挂不挂雪链。不过麻烦的就是，我从来没有装过这玩意儿
，据说第一次会很花时间。。。 |
