我在running 版转帖了题为Extreme Endurance Exercise and heart attack的文章。
全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处，但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。

发帖数: 2108 | 4 construction paper我也买过，实在是太差了，折痕很容易就散了。其实打印纸还好，
一般三五十步的折起来还比较顺手。当然折这个的话，腿太厚了。
Michael's里有origami paper，纸挺好的，薄而且有劲儿，不过有点太小了，大部分是
6寸的。有专用的纸，价格会高一点，我没买过。
最近开始，自己加工一下，就是给 tissue paper 刷胶水，还做过双层的tissue（效果
好像更好一点，单层还是软），tissue + aluminum foil, 还有就是最近用的在
walmart买的packing paper，10块钱一大卷，用来包东西的，也要刷胶。看图片应改市
下面这个

双层的tissue效果最好，不过，上胶很麻烦，容易有很多气泡，也容易破。
packing paper也还可以，不是那么厚，上胶简单的多，不容易破。
foil tissue属于整形很好的，但是当有些折痕，折好打开的时候会有很深的痕迹。

incubation 过夜70度,发现tissue结构收缩,如附件所示,图示是我已经完成整个in
situ的结果,事实上我在incubation以后就已经发现tissue结构收缩了.
我问了一些人说需要在fixation的时候做decalcification,我做了decalcification,结
果in situ 的时候tissue还是会收缩,事实上看起来更严重.
我不知道这究竟问题出在什么地方,看起来像是tissue attach不牢固,导致容易变形.请
问有什么方法可以使tissue attach牢固么?
我是根据下面的步骤做的:
1. cut the arms and legs
2. 4% PFA (pH 7.1-7.4) overnight at 4C.
3. PBS three times for 5 minutes
4. 14% EDTA for decal 3 days.
5. wash with PBS

It is really ridiculous...
It is reasonable that different tissues have different enrichment of P300
since it may indicate there exist some other coactivators besides P300.
In this case, do you think it is because the P300 antibody doesn't work in
liver tissue for some unknown reasons or because P300 is not the main player
...(Have you done the western blot on nuclear extract against P300 in the
tissue that doesn't fail in P300 ChIP?)

1.对肖传国的工作的小看。他虽然广义上是研究neuroscience，但不代表他就知道肖的
探索(nerve rerouting)的重要意义。虽然肖有夸大他的手术的疗效（对有些spinal
bifilda孩子的排尿控制还是有效的。），手术在概念上开创性的。需要时间来完善这个
手术。至少一个美国JHU 的pediatric neurosurgeon知道他的手术；并认为是创新；如
果成功，will be amazing.
饶毅虽然是学医的，毕业于江西医学院，但是并没有行医。也不一定对因为脊髓损伤（
各种原因）导致排尿障碍有研究和深入了解，但是他如同方舟子一样说肖的手术一文不
值；肖是弱智，是充内行了。
2.过分贬低水通道aquaporin获得诺奖。

现在准备带我家宝宝到外地看病寻求3rd opinion. 终于跟他的主治医生谈崩了。他们
彻底否定我家宝宝有faod，2nd opinion认为他应该是faod，但是需要进一步测试确诊。
几个月前就问了目前就诊的医院有关宝宝的liver tissue，答复是frozen stored in
paraffin block. 我对这些不懂，也就告诉3rd opinion医院有frozen liver tissue.
这家医院就要了，结果被告知没有。
然后我们联系医院，收到不同的答复：
第一次，什么都没有了。。 就算有也不会给外面。
第二次，有一些没有用完，可是不是frozen的。

室建起来的。他到位后就是建tissue culture和animal两个摊子。他指导，我跑腿。学
了不少东西，今天还靠当年学的东西混饭吃呢。就是他脾气太差，两年后被迫辞职，跑
路了。

食品和养牛工业已经花了很多精力研究这个问题。因为牛肉 tender 就卖很高的价钱，
所以养牛业想尽办法让牛肉更嫩， 或把牛肉做得更嫩
一下都是以牛肉为例， 因为牛肉是最大的revenue, research 最多
牛肉嫩基本就一个原因。 水份。 次要还有一个原因 connective tissue （这个我
理解是包括了大的筋和肉里面的小丝丝）， 生肉吃着很嫩 但有大大小小的
connective tissues, 必须做熟。
usda 建议 牛肉中心加热到 145
华氏度以上， 这样杀死细菌。 把肉放锅里， 120度它开始脱水，温度越高脱水
越多 160度 connective tissue 开始化掉变成
胶（collagen）。 所以要去除 connective tissue 和保持低温保持嫩是不可调和的两
个目的。肉只要到温度就会脱水， 就是放
水里煮也一样！ 有时候炖牛肉感觉很嫩很粘。那其实里面的水也丢掉了， 只不过有
油和胶质而已！

了formular，我下奶以后也是胸喂完继续上formular. lactation consult 说这是我奶
水不够的一个原因要我多喂多泵。于是第二周开始始我三小到四时一泵，每次半小时样
子，泵出1.5—2oz左右。可是泵奶实在太痛了。泵了半个多月我实在没法坚持下去，真
的崩溃了。不仅仅是rt疼(这个在我使用lanolin之后有所环缓解)，最痛苦的是rt周围
的泵奶时被吸进去的乳房tissue疼，泵的时候疼到麻木，不泵的时候时不时钻心的疼，
疼的自己打冷战。我开始胡思乱想这些tissue会不会?: 慌牟”浠邓馈Ｎ裁创蠹叶

想增产，刚开始减少了给的formular,结果宝宝一会儿就饿醒觉都睡少很多。有时候边
吸胸边哭不知道是不是吸不到什么奶水，看的我心痛死了，忍不住继续给足formular,
但是现在宝宝吸胸总是一边吸了一阵就拒绝吸另一边，宁愿饿着睡觉，给formula又能
一口气吃至少2oz.给足了formular以后宝宝可以睡长觉，但是我每边要6个小时才被吸

动员都会看看跟腱长不长，柔韧性好不好等等。
肌肉的拉伸是另外一个目的。肌肉在经过长时间运动后，会产生micro tear，并且会堆
积乳酸。micro tear经过修补以后造成更多的肌肉纤维分支或者是使肌肉纤维变粗，这
两种形式都会使人更强壮。micro tear有可能会造成血液不流通变成scar tissue，这样
一来没法吸收养分修补纤维，二来内部堆积的乳酸没有血液进入被带走，就造成肌肉疲
劳不容易恢复，scar tissue长时间不能修复造成肌肉损伤。肌肉拉伸可以帮助拉长肌肉
纤维，一方面帮助scar tissue恢复正常，另外一方面由于肌肉的这种运动，帮助血液更
好地流入乳酸堆积处，帮助身体恢复。肌肉拉伸可以用徒手的方式，更好一些的可以用
foam roller或者按摩球，有条件的找到技术出色的按摩师，可以帮助揉开scar tissue
