去照x光，有阴影，又让照了MRI。 现在还不清楚，又说让照mri with contrast。我两
年办前得了甲亢，不知道是不是报告里的brown tumor。
这是MRI的检验报告：

MM平时月经准时吗？ 如果正好受精这次的排卵期后移的话，实际孕周会比你用末次月
经算的更小。
手纸上有点血，你现在必须卧床休息，因为现在宝宝还有一丝希望成活。
至于万一有 Tissue 的话，保险起见你可以把所有的Tissue装起来冷藏，并尽快送检，
这些tissue因为是送病理切片检查，所以不需要无菌的瓶子。

下没有交集。而处在另一个世界的人永远没有办法走出自己的世界，把自己放到太阳光

chirapractor做的MASSAGE很糊弄，就那么几分钟，局部的一两个肌肉。
估计肯定没有deep tissue massage爽。呵呵。：）
我认识有老人，颈部有轻微血栓，很容易诊断，好像是B超，几分钟就发现
哪里堵了。很小的手术。当天回家。 颈部就是简单啊！
从前是血脂高，各个指标都高，而且临界高血压。
瘦下来，全正常了。但也许长期颈部是有问题，不是颈椎，就是肌肉，最坏是血管狭窄
。约大夫了。
做过一次deep tissue massage, 那个妞人高马大，北欧裔的。手法很好，把颈和背揉
开了。
说我肌肉全是结，特别紧。
别说，完了特舒服，没有头晕头疼整两个礼拜。
人说我应该一月一次。看来应该多试几次。 |

发帖数: 898 | 48 今天去见了医生，大概说一下。
目前用的技术：
1. intralase: 比较新的技术，中文译作“飞秒激光”，跟传统的lasik不同，这个完全不用blade （刀片）, 用laser在角膜上形成一个flap,然后
用LASER切除FLAP底下的部分TISSUE,然后flap翻回去，让其自然愈合
2. conventional lasik using microkeratome:这个需要metal blade形成flap，不如
laser那么容易control.flap形成后，切除tissue。
3. PRK AND LASEK:这个不形成FLAP,而是把CORNEAL表皮磨一层，然后切除TISSUE。然
后等表皮（EPITHELIA）层自己重新长出来。这个恢复期比较慢，以周到一个月。
主要的COMPLICATION是OVER-CORRECTION和UNDER CORRECTION,这个比率大概3%,重新手
术一般可以纠正。很罕见的COMPLICATION包括CORNEAL SCARRING, INFECTION,
COMPLETE LOSS OF VISION之类的。

发帖数: 145 | 49 这几天，脑子里总回响着红热辣椒的Scar Tissue。试图展示的on-drug时不可分享的独
特视角，与我想讨论的残疾问题南辕北辙，而又殊途同归。伤痕是客观存在的，但是人
类是一心向往光明的，总会自觉不自觉地将目光闪过，就好象忽略是最好的治愈，最好
的自我解脱。然后一脸无辜地站出来，摊开双手，“我真的没有看到。”
13%是个很curseful的数据。有人咆哮，这不正常，这不可能！！！衣着光鲜走过天桥
的人，永远了解不到桥下洞天，更不要提直视别人身上的伤痕了。在天朝上国，桥上桥
下没有交集。而处在另一个世界的人永远没有办法走出自己的世界，把自己放到太阳光
下，放到你的审视中。在阴霾里，他们轻轻来过，他们悄悄死去。偶尔，湛蓝天空被乌
云撕开一个角，在飞机上你邂逅被领养的他/她，像一个伤痕，丑陋而又不合时宜。不
怕，向往光明的你还是被自己打动了，“这是多么伟大的人性啊。有这样的养父母，她
/他们真的幸运！”
在美利坚，桥上桥下的世界被自动门，ramps，宽大的厕所和mainstreaming教室连为一
体。你在大叫“13%，这不正常”时，轻易地否认了一个事实：人性的伟大不在一味地

发帖数: 2663 | 50 光是clean玻璃，丙酮是最好的。不少镜头上总有些parts怕丙酮，比如某些cement/
glue，漆，塑料。这个时候一般选择醇类试剂，甲醇很好但是毒性大，Isopropyl
Alcohol(IPA)也不错，根据不同类型的stain可以选择添加少量的蒸馏水(up to 30%)。
以上是很粗略的说法，实际上cleaning还挺复杂的，先是inspection，就是检查确认
contaminant类型，然后才决定cleaning protocol。一般而言，彻底清洁主要是下面几
个步骤，一吹，二洗，三wipe。吹主要是吹灰尘，solid particles，这个不吹掉会划
伤表面；二洗，就是把optics浸在蒸馏水，或者mild optical soap solution里面，这
个一般人不会搞，这就是为啥有人要在溶剂里面加水；三就是wipe了，wipe的时候需要
的一般是前面提到的挥发性强的有机溶剂，怎么apply也有讲究，这个还要看什么样的
surface，如果你把镜头拆了的话可以试试"lens tissue drag & drop"，如果不合适那
