我的饭菜经常是剩的，从冰箱拿出来的，然后就那么在室内放着，总觉得不够卫生。
我也想过放午餐袋，放冰袋，放走廊的架子上，大部分别的孩子也这样的，但是我娃还
没学会跟老师讲要热饭，他爸爸送时忘了这么做，娃中午的饭只碰了一点就都带回来了
，最爱吃的排骨也没动，凉的确实没法吃啊。我也在教，可是教会之前不能让娃饿肚子
啊。
其他孩子有人就带三明治和饼干，有人是保温盒。
我给娃买过一个桶装的保温盒，从里面掏东西着实费事。现在有点想买那个日本的两截
的保温盒，家里有俩大人的了，给娃买个小的，虽然贵点也咬牙了。
说是可以保温6小时，我想早晨把盒子用开水烫过，然后放了没动过的微波加热的冷菜

10分钟。
1。oatmeal+一小把葡萄干， 煮5分钟，然后加入冰牛奶，就不烫了，马上就可以吃。
配上
煮鸡蛋（头天煮好的）/水果等。早起三分钟就够做的了。把火开开然后再去洗漱。这
是我家孩子第二喜欢的。
2.全麦面包toaster烤一下，抹花生酱/果酱
3。各式各样的冷冻包子，打湿的厨房纸包起来微波一两分钟就好了
4。bagal 用toaster烤一下+cream cheese,这是我家孩子最喜欢的。
5。炒鸡蛋，生菜，cheese片放到tortilla饼里头卷起来。 |

店里排队不要太长，幸亏网购了。
出乎意料的是sears/kmart, shop your way reward, 节前给了12 刀和20 刀的点，给
小娃买了三条裤子。黑五sears有triple slow cooker, 29.99反20刀的点。账户里还有

off30 的胖子。 于是用反的点和胖子买了kmart 黑五三刀的toaster, $9.99 handhold
vacuum, 和一堆小娃的衣服 -- 小娃最爱的裤子平时8.99，黑五价4刀，还买一送一，
太划算了。
本来以为这就很好了，今天一看账户，又给了11刀的点数， 另加反的15点（好像黑五

--其实你看到一个一两百（甚至四百）的toaster oven也是很好的加热技术

因为我的量很少，一只鸡，就两只翅，两个腿，所以为了省电，我用的是toaster oven
.
结果可能歪打正着，因为小toaster oven上下的两个加热器离肉很近，所以上下均匀受
热，而且有烧烤的感觉，烤出来的颜色也很好。
你们仿制，肯定量比较大，这样用大炉子，而且肯定是用托盘，这样下面就很难上色，
而且烤出那种焦黄的感觉。我想解决办法就是一方面，把烤盘放高点，这样离热源近些
，有利于上色，而且要多翻一下。注意观察下面，最好用那种有漏的，这样烤出来的汁
水可以及时漏掉。

wdm example has full instructions, so u have 3 files:

for kmdf,

installation complaining that this driver is not for this platform
(something like this)
the thing is i never find a clear doc tells me how to install kmdf
toaster driver.

起炒的肉丝肉片来，能更高效率的把肉吃进肚子里。我们家比较受欢迎的是breakfast
sausage，放在toaster烤箱里烤烤就好，优点是不咸，小，不用切，小孩拿在手里咬起
来很方便。或者是小牛肉肠，all nature，很嫩，也是烤烤就好。或者腌好的冰冻三文
鱼，头天放冷藏室化冻，吃前用toaster oven broil档五分钟就好，很嫩，汁还可以拌
饭吃。冰冻的无头虾，提前化冻好，滚水里两分钟，凉水冲一下，剥皮后蘸kechup吃，
又嫩又鲜，比我们费心费力烹饪出来的更受小朋友欢迎。还有就是冰冻肉丸，我用来烧
