房间一个很宽敞明亮的客厅，一间大卧室，一个卫生间，一个厨房。电器家具齐全。
房间里家具全部是去年8月采购的宜家新家具，queen size的床（还有两个床头柜哦）
，展开是比queen size还大的沙发床，大小书桌各一张，饭桌一张，书柜一个，茶几一
个，电视柜一个，卧室大五斗柜一个。
电器除了Newport统一配备的厨房电器还有三星电视一个，加湿器一个，立式熨衣斗一
个，取暖器一个，总之超级拎包入住。厨房器具也很齐全，包括料理搅拌机，toaster,
电饭煲，电压力锅，都可以用哦~~
介绍一下小区：
小区有gym,可以游泳，有超市，洗衣店，银行，药店，非常方便。

大约1200平方尺town house，位于巴尔的摩郡的cantonsville镇，距离UMBC校园1.
5 miles，有UMBC（马里兰大学巴尔的摩郡分校）校车通过，35号公共汽车可直通UMB（
马里兰大学巴尔的摩市）校园，开车距离巴尔的摩市中心和UMB10分钟车程，房主是UMB
博士毕业，适合来巴尔的摩工作读书的人士租用。旁边3分钟步行路程就是一个
Wilkins Ave shopping center，有Giant超市、中餐、披萨、Liqueurs、理发等商店和
牙医、银行等，方便购物，距离韩亚龙韩国超市和新开的大中华超市开车10分钟。社区

我还是比较希望能进大公司, 虽然还算年轻, 但已经有婚姻对象, 目标三四年内搞定首
付和婚礼开销, 所以觉得大公司还是比较稳当的选择.
以前工作的start-up, 公司就几个工程师干活, 包括我在内就两个有hardware背景, 我
负责搞非rf的prototype, 另外一个senior的搞rf, 不过他的板子都直接送fab house造
, 我的就in-house自己etch 和plop parts, 然后用toaster oven/hot-plate reflow,
挺好玩的. 不过我对那公司前景不乐观, 没什么核心技术, 都是搞点contract挨日子.
我是希望有一天自己能够到达软硬通吃的水平(在embedded领域里), 不过经验有限, 现
在只能干和专业研究比较对口的活. |

broke within two years. I wonder how much I can trust brand from China from

Toaster oven (1500 watts)= 12.75 cents/hour
on highest heat, so 350 degrees would be even less
Gas Oven at 350 degrees = somewhere between 10 and 23 cents/hour,
depending on which estimations you use!
Gas range 9,500 BTU burner (standard size) = 8.6 cents/hour
I wonder what this translates into for simmer? I’m guessing 3-5 cents/
hour.

鉴于我几乎不做饭，偶尔做点东西电磁炉＋toaster+micromave也就够了
就是想买一个撑一下门面，不想花很多钱，也不急着买
求推荐一个看上去不是cheap的不像话，以后不影响resale房子的
或者等hd lowel什么每年都有的deal？？所谓thanksgiving打折感觉比较骗人

turning on a toaster, both electricity wise and temperature wise. And CFLs
are not good for recessed light.
I just put 6 dimmable LED BR30 in the kitchen and they are brighter than
regular 65W bulbs. Costco has them (FEIT) at the cheapest. |
