对学校的具体条款我不加评论，但希望每个人有起码的区分客体与主体的能力。如果连
Transgender学生和大多数学生都分不清，把给Transgender学生用的卫生间或其它设施
去套用所有学生，那属于藐视和扭曲逻辑，还是说根本就没有能力进行起码的逻辑分析。
Transgender学生是占比例非常小的一组群体。给Transgender学生的Genderless卫生间
，无非是让其心理性别与生活方式相吻合，是考虑到transgender孩子的身心健康。
一个孩子是否为Transgender，由儿童心理学家来出意见。学校不会也无法去给孩子贴
标签，家长也通常没有足够的儿童心理学专长来做出准确的判断，是不是transgender
，如果孩子表现出与生理性别截然相反的举动，家长如果担心，可以带孩子去见儿童心
理医生以求帮助。
有的人生下来生理性别是一个，而心理性别却是另一个，心理性别是由大脑中枢的构造
来决定的，而生理性别则有染色体和性器官来决定。

这里不仅仅是“变性人”的意思。如果一个女孩子，觉得自己生来应该是男孩，发育的
时候尤其厌恶自己的身体，无论她／他是否已经开始用药物和手术来改变自己的性特征
，她／他就是 transgender。所以中文里面这个词更确切的解释为“跨性别者”。
除了不了解和好奇，我对 trans 没有特别的厌恶感或好感，所以拿起这本 I am J 的
时候，心态很平静。我在上一门研究生选修课 Young Adult Literature ，这本小说是
我们必读的，归类为当代写实小说。这不仅仅是描写 trans teens 的小说，里面充斥

他们为这些transgender的孩子的命运考虑过吗？
分析一下爱心妈妈们的反对的出发点，无非以下几种：
1、小孩这么小就给他定性transgender是害了他，说不定多引导能把他纠正回来。
原因：无知。对transgender无知，不知道gender定型很早，而且定型后无法改变
2、性变态就是要治，不能纵容。治不好也要强压住。
原因：共产化思维。
觉得社会就是一个模子，大家都得按这个模子生活，禁止与众不同的个性化。
3、会有变态骚扰我的小孩。
原因：自私。
哪怕有中mega-million的几率对我的小孩产生一点点不方便，就反对。
至于transgender的小孩是不是童年幸福100%几率被毁掉，who cares?
反正我家小孩又不是transgender，不关我的事。 |
