本人对文字翻译工作有比较浓厚兴趣，一直希望能有一个安静和谐
的地方和志同道合的朋友们切磋讨论．讨论的主题可以是关于专业作品,
也可以是文学艺术作品或者其它东西，语种可以是英语也可以是日语法语
德语等。
如今，原来荒置的Translation开放成公共版面，无人管理。本人愿担任
版主，希望能重新让版面活跃起来，让对翻译有兴趣的朋友们有个友好
和谐的讨论环境。
(因为translation原来是俱乐部，本人之前先在applyclub递交过申请
也已经有二十余人表示了支持。)

What is a translation unit? JSP page can include the contents of other HTML
pages or other JSP files. This is done by using the include directive. When
the JSP engine is presented with such a JSP page it is converted to one
servlet class and this is called a translation unit, Things to remember in |

Well... you could say that, and nobody can say you are wrong, but there is
the subtle point that a dynamic include can in fact be including the
response of any URL, which isn't necessarily a JSP, or, in turn, a "
translation unit" at all.
In fact, we all need to be a little careful with the terms "static" and "
dynamic" here. There is the "static vs. dynamic" as in "a static html page
vs. a dynamic jsp", and then there is the "translation-time vs. request-time
" as in "a jsp gets translated int |

Depending on what degradation system was responsible. In vitro translation
system also contain ubiquitin and proteasome. However, it does not have
lysosome or golgi (which also contains protein degradation machinery).
You can add 10uM MG132 in the in vitro translation system (or your 293T cell
culture medium) to inhibit the proteasome.

说到底就是能把basic science discoveries 用到疾病中去,
举个例子,比如disease A 发现了一个新的target,和这个疾病发生很相关,
那translational 研究就跟上了
1) 根据这个target,有没有可能develop新的biomarker
2) 这个target是不是drugable, 发现了些candidates, 下面就开始做preclinical
efficacy---->preclinical safety--->Pk/PD---> IND--> clinical
其实都是换汤不换药.
然后最近还流行reverse translational research,顾名思义
就是translational research 上到human patients了,发现了什么问题
反过去优化知道basic science |

么药混在一起效果如何，感觉就是纯粹的clinical research, 所以越来越糊涂到底什
么才是translational。
比方说我们自己做的研究吧，其实我自己的实验室有时候也直接用病人的资料，
比方说我们有一个项目就是因为人类某种癌症里的某个现象而启发的，但是我们测试相
关假设的时候都是用细胞或者纯化的酶做的，可不敢直接动用人。那我们能不能称自己

针对一个新的抗感染机理，筛选了出一个有活性的化合物
感染机理，体外药效，及部分体内药效的数据已经写好了
合作lab投到nature子刊，希望很大
另外的一些体内药效，药物动力学和组织分布的数据，我们lab一座来写
本来想投science translational medicine,但是考虑前一篇nature子刊已经发了这个
新机理，新颖性不够
所以在考虑其他杂志比如PNAS, nature communications之类的
今天查了一下nature communications好像收translational research类的文章少一点
PNAS相对多一些
lab从来没投过PNAS这么高大上的杂志，不知道水有多深
希望有经验的朋友指点一下：
PNAS没有院士的关系，投稿难度到底有多大?评审周期多长？
如果还有其他类似档次接受translational research的杂志，请推荐。希望review时间
比较快
有没有microbiology类的杂志可以考虑？ |

translation, can I use that?
By the way, our Degree has no information of how many years or which major

I searched several translation, but still cannot recall what I learned

translational research. 可是，你要是也用病人肿瘤样品在裸鼠中生成肿瘤，然后测
试疗效，这就有些所谓translational research的味道了，大家比较买帐。可是肿瘤活
样品很难拿到，这种双knock out的老鼠巨贵无比，好说不好干啊。
