列，现在是Jillian Michael的no more trouble zones——因为nelolo上次说这东西可
以用来替代8分钟，而且我看它时间又够长，不用另外做什么来补足40分钟的要求。
……好吧，我的问题是觉得no more trouble zones练肌肉还不够有效率。已经有很长
一段时间了，我在做它的时候只能用10lb和5lb的哑铃。力气一点点在长是没错，但是
现在没有那种做完了就只能趴地上喘气的状态，感觉就起不到锻炼的效果了啊。于是前
天试图把第一组动作里面的第一个最最简单的往上举的动作改用15lb的哑铃，结果悲催
了，背似乎伤到了，痛得一晚上没睡好。
所以我觉得，可能纯粹通过给no more trouble zones的哑铃加码来增加运动量不是好
主意。想问问现在能做什么别的力量练习？我觉得现在我还不够资格上什么p90x之类的
东西，有没有比no more trouble zones强度稍微大一点的，练肌肉稍微快一点，但是
也不至于让我受伤的？ |

哪一个国家的监狱囚犯最多？
不是中国，不是印度
。。。是美国 。。。
美国只有世界5%的人口，但是却关了世界25%的囚犯
哪一个国家的人均监狱囚犯最多？
你可能会认为是北朝鲜，古巴，俄国，这类的流氓国家
错了，大大地错了
。。。又是美国 。。。
对美国人来说这并不是没什么好处
就像中国关了些 trouble makers, 美国监狱里的也是如此
少了 trouble makers, 好人才能过好日子
不同的是
中国的 trouble makers 被西方认为是自由人权斗士
而美国的，被关在黑牢里，没有任何人权组织为他们争取权利 |

These power counties made so many troubles in the wowld when they label

As a Chinese, I lived through that period of time in China. I have similar
family and educational background as hers and suffered during Culture
Revolution as a child. I think her experiences in China mostly, if not all,
are fabricated, imagined, overly exaggerated or deliberately miss leading.
If one just read the media reports about her book, he/she may think that
media might just pick the sensational parts of the book and exaggerated a
