有一种说法，叫性格决定命运，意思是说，一个人的性格，决定他一生的生活。人与人
之间不同的命运，归根结底，取决于人的性格差异。。我比较认同这种说法，因而会把
Lynette的性格和她的生活联系在一起讨论。
lynette是个很不错的人，至少她仍然在遇到trouble的时候积极的去figure out
solution, 而不是坐在那里怨天尤人，哭天抢地。这也是为什么她的生活虽然看上去
很累，但是仍然在继续的原因。就像我前面说过的，她和tom的关系不像情人，更像是
战友，但是有一类夫妇就是把婚姻定义成为并肩作战，这也无可厚非。
但是，不能否认，有大智慧的人很难把生活过成这样的messy。如果她有足够的智慧，
她就应该想办法在最开始就拒绝给tom一个连一个的不停生娃。。智慧的体现不仅在于
怎么在遇到trouble的时候解决问题，也在于怎么从一开始就能预见到potential的
trouble从而杜绝它的发生。比如，就拿生娃这件事情来说，如果知道怎么拒绝丈夫、

现在的软件行业加了一个很好的东西：testable.
不过我的经验来看，觉得还有两点：
一个是便于administration
一个是便于trouble-shooting
administration方面，比如你saas系统新加个用户，地址用户名什么的简单，
可是用户权限就复杂些，然后用户的workflow related
customerization就更麻烦了。administration容易的话，
一个可以加快customer on board，get revenue on book,
还可以减少operation cost.
trouble-shooting方面，应该说软件搞出来都得出点错的。
可是出错之后，你的log里面东西多不多，db里面该存的东西存没有，

，你说搞了1年的OpenGL或者driver都比这个靠谱
让你trouble shoot就崩溃了，至于么？你近万美金买的“server”就是用来crash的？

trouble shoot可以，那也得花钱上RHEL让别人为你服务啊，用个免费的CentOS又指望
行为艺术得到保障，哪有这么好的事？
说你是“普通用户”也不像，15年Linux还打kernel patch；说你是“专家”但是居然
RTF(riendly)M都不肯还不知如何trouble shoot。近万美金你非要买个“server”又主
动找CentOS受虐，这是什么原因呢？
拿CentOS说事，普通用户吃饱了去装个CentOS当桌面OS？没这种用户
arch下提交过kernel patch，只有你够档次区分什么叫做"server"？呵呵。 |

在我手里，trouble很多啊，要么一堆杂带，没有特异带；要么背景很脏很黑，也看不
到特异带；要么带是白色的，并且结果也不是想要的。而类似的问题，我handle其他公
司的，失败率没这么高。测同一个蛋白，abcam的很好用，clean，结果正确。cell sig
的乱七八糟。trouble呢，公司都宣称在他们手里好用。
他们的western protocol是这样的，很不一般，大家觉得合理吗
Block： 5% Milk TBST （他们说不能用BSA)
一抗： 5% BSA TBST 稀释
二抗： 5% Milk TBST
平时我们要么是block/一抗都BSA. 要么是牛奶block， 一抗直接在TBST. 二抗从来只
是TBST. work的抗体总是work了。
而cell sig 的， 有的抗体，即使完全按照他们的说法，甚至他们寄来 positive ctrl
， 也不work， 而他们的positive ctrl， 我用 abcam的抗体轻易检测出。 abcam 的

；再者，别人根本没有替韩trouble shoot的义务；更何况，如今这volunteer的
trouble shoot都已经层出不穷了，真正有这义务的韩只是一句trouble和他无关。就这

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住
