I got a lot of troubles in finding a job,
first, I have to read big books about how to take
interviews,
Second go to website seeking info,
third try to decide how to get there( plane change and car
rental...., I do not even know if I can drive that kind of
car, I only know how to drive mercury and it is different
from other cars maybe.)
Fourth, think of what to dress, blar blar blar, I will
become an expert soon.
And I will be back and write some tips for jobs if I do get

昨天装好后电话正常工作，今早发现不work了，电话线路没有电，查了control box里
phone line feed in line，好像也没电。
这种情况大家该怎么trouble shooting？屋外的电源总闸里有控制low voltage的开关
吗？

the elements of a local array. For example:
(gdb) print myArray[0]
This always gives me the address of the first element, not the value.
If the array is dynamically allocated, then there is no problem.

new xterm windows. Don't know the reason, putty, ssh secure shell orginal
windows all ok, while any new started xterm window failed to use
backspace/delete. Have to use ^H, and tested a few bindkeys like ESC-^B, not
working. Where to look for the trouble? Everything is fine under my old Exceed
6.0. |

company. The entire gene is knocked out with all the exons and introns
being replaced with a reporter gene (lacZ) cassette. We got the
heterozygous (+/-) mice and I did the breeding. But now I have trouble
genotyping to find out the knockout mice (-/-). I tried two pairs of
primers in that gene to PCR out ~400 bp fragments in the last exon (the

is basically the kit manual. However, I have now a reproducible problem. As
shown in the blot, I expect a specific band in digested genomic DNA, but all
I have is a big smear (inside which there seems to be a band higher than my
target band).
I might have at least two problems:
1, the probe is bad;
2, the digestion is incomplete;
I kindly ask you to give me some advice regarding trouble shooting and how

insurance and coupon，如果输进去还是不cover,是不是就不cover了？
我才学了card ID not match是因为信息输错了，或者病人有新的卡了。 :)
很多insurance不cover的，或者别的eligibility的问题我就不知道怎么弄了，也没有
机会好好学一下。再次请教一下前辈们要怎么上手呢？
还有drop off那边我基本上可以对付，就是速度慢，基本上管得了drop in RX and
some inputing。Inputing的速度还是慢。如果再有一堆fax要出去，病人不停地来，电
话不停地响，我就不能管fax了。我一个人在那边，开2台电脑，还是速度不行呀。我们
的5年senior Tech，一边接电话，一边input，还可以送fax。真是厉害呀！
这2天简直疯了，2个人说被老公抛弃，call in不上班。NND...
还好我这周的班今天就上完了。希望下周这2位能show up。 |

听coalpilerd贴的《You Raise Me Up》，想起以前讨论过福音歌、黑人歌。考古找到
不少歌，就单独开个帖。
我第一次听的You Raise Me Up是Westlife的版本，想当然地以为是教会福音歌。
karoun说不是，福音音乐来源于黑人音乐，而You Raise Me Up是爱尔兰民歌。歌词里
的在我受挫、低落时陪伴、支持我的你，既可以指世俗的父母、爱人，也可以指宗教的
上帝、神灵。宗教场合也会唱这首歌，算是从世俗走入教堂的例子吧。

另有一首走向相反、从教堂步入世俗的歌是Amazing Grace，歌词是18世纪的英国诗人

对problem solver来说，人生不会遇到太难的事情，因为任何事情都总会有不止一个的
解决办法，需要做的是从各种可能的解决办法里选出最优解。
normal的人群占人类多数，虽然不会有很强的解决问题能力，但是通常也不制造麻烦。
trouble maker属于很可怕的人群。不仅不会解决问题，还会不断制造麻烦。有些人天
生是trouble maker，不仅自己的生活很mess，也会把身边人的生活带mess。遇上
trouble maker，就等着跟在后面收拾烂摊子啦。只要有trouble maker在，事情就必然
少不了，不是这桩就是那桩，需要不断把时间精力金钱投进去善后。
性格决定命运。什么样的性格，决定什么样的人生。
有些人看中美丽迷人的trouble maker，带回家好好照顾，就等着被累死吧。花无百日
红，再美丽的女人，也会变老变丑，到时就只剩下trouble了。
