她提着一塑料袋“施恩”的空罐子，直接找到奶粉的柜台，劈手拉扯住穿着施恩奶粉促销背心的大妈，几乎是用最大的嗓门质问：“你说‘施恩’是美国牌子，你骗人！娃娃吃了拉不出来尿！”

存底的中国大陆出手。
他的构想是，由国际货币基金（IMF）出面，向几个外汇存底丰厚的国家借钱，主要是
大陆，但也包含日本、巴西、沙特阿拉伯等国，借款总额可以是7500亿美元。国际货币
基金将能用这笔款项，救助深陷债务泥淖的欧洲国家，但同时也要设下前提，唯有该国
致力于财政改革，才能获得援助。

民進黨副總統參選人蘇嘉全說，「我們不是麻煩製造者」。國民黨文傳會主委莊
伯仲今天指蔡英文才說過「不敢做trouble maker的國家很可悲」，蘇嘉全等於打了蔡
英文一巴掌。
莊伯仲表示，前總統陳水扁執政時大搞「烽火外交」，處處與中國大陸對抗，點
燃外交烽火，連元首出訪都變成「迷航外交」。台灣被國際認為是「麻煩製造者」，結
果民進黨執政8年，台灣邦交國從29個減少到23個。
莊伯仲並指出，美國前總統小布希甚至當著大陸總理溫家寶的面，數落陳水扁「
危害台海與亞太區域和平穩定」。儘管民進黨政府當時極力否認，但當時駐美代表吳釗
燮連低階美國官員都見不到，卻是不爭事實。
莊伯仲指出，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文在去年10月26日的中國時報專訪中才說過
「不敢做trouble maker的國家很可悲」，但蘇嘉全大概忘記了。
他指出，蘇嘉全說如果民進黨執政，「不做麻煩製造者」，等於完全不給蔡英文
面子，公開給了蔡英文一巴掌。

这种说法的确是有些震撼。平心而论，在“自由世界”生活几十年，我还真不知道会有
