issue is that I tuck too much which causes the bar to touch low. When I
started benching press, I had a very narrow grip (thumb from the smooth) and
tucked my elbows alongside my body. I had been benching like that for

(1) 他作为职业球员, 应该很清楚不能再有第二次出手(向前)传.
虽然是乳鸡, 但这是从小学生开始就一致采用的规则.
(2) 我以前也不知道, 对这个的处罚, 只是丢5码, 没有别的.
而不是像过了LOS再传一样: 处罚是丢5码, 再加丢一个档.
我当时还以为裁判又判错了.
这两个动作都是叫"illegal forward pass", 裁判的手势也一样.
都属于Rule 8, Section 1, Article 1, 一个是(a), 一个是(b)
(3) 在底线那个裁判, 高举双手示意踏旗档得分, 我还愣了有半秒种.
当然这个裁判是尽职的: 他的责任是追踪着其中一个接球员看,
而不是看lines, 也不是看球.
但如果这是替补裁判, 恐怕又会被大众讥笑一番.
P.S. 在NFL规则手册里, 这一条完了,

Brady. The rule was applied to Jets vs. Patriots game with Jets being the
beneficiary when Testaverde's fumble was overturned to be an incomplete
citing the tuck rule. That game was long played before Raiders vs. Patriots

民主与人权这两个完全起于西方的概念，前者可追溯到古希腊时代，后者则兴起于文艺
复兴与启蒙之时[1]。然而，自19世纪末以来，中国知 识分子对诸如自由﹑平等﹑社会
契约等一揽子西方思想观念和价值观如此着迷，以致于他们一直致力于将这些观念移植
到中国来。1949至1976年，中国大陆 的知识分子无法就民主与人权进行严肃的讨论，
而同时期的台湾和香港，自由思想则非常活跃，在那里，民主﹑自由﹑平等与人权受到
了凸出的关注。这一新的思想 在中国大陆以外的发展，我们可以分辨出两个不同的流
派。
