treat is get rid of the tumor; if no tumor found, then can do
plasmopheresis/IVIG as first line. Some even use cytotoxic agents for
refractory cases.
If get treated effectively early enough, the prognosis is not bad.

ld最近一个月单侧耳鸣，声音慢慢变大，已经预约了CT，医生说要排除tumor的可能，
但是，CT最快也要到9月初，可现在另外一侧也开始耳鸣，虽然声音不如另一侧大。目
前，ld倒是没有什么，但是我心里压力很大！很害怕是脑部tumor什么的。。。。请问
有类似经验的朋友或者学医的，到底tumor的可能性有多高？？？多谢，多谢！ |

我不太清楚。但是看过一些report好像solid tumor对payload是有讲究的，普通的
auristatin类的payload不太管用，大概是毒性不够。
当前其实最挑战的还是 solid tumor, ADC 的渗透力还是非常有限的。 |

known hospitals in China. The reason for this is that the treatment and
prognosis are totally different whether the appendix tumor is primary or

me think the quality of the biopsy was probably not adequate.
For this case, it is not relevant because patient will most likely go for
surgery which will provide the ultimate whole block of the tumor.

hypothalamus("suprachiasmatic nucleus", according to wiki), it is likely

tissue tumor, no metastatic potential. Some hospitals use antagonist of the
estrogen receptor if the tumor is ER positive; some use radiation. No
standard treatment. Hopefully it won't keep on coming back, if it does and
cause obstruction, you have to resect it. Need close followup, hope it
dosent grow fast. |
