好吧，退一步说，就算5系把transmission tunnel弄窄，footwell弄宽，那油门踏板放
哪呢？如果还是挨着transmission tunnel放，难道他要劈腿开车吗？BMW已经把踏板放
在最舒服的地方了。
如果油门踏板位置不变，那油门踏板和transmission tunnel之间可以放一只脚在cruse
control的时候，这样劈腿开车安全吗？如果需要急刹车，右脚还要抬起，绕过油门，
然后才能踩在刹车踏板上，他不怕踩错吗，不怕鞋被油门踏板卡住吗？
这猫和exon估计觉得这样好，但更多的人会喷BMW就是个弱智，踩油门的右脚经常掉到
踏板和transmission tunnel之间的空隙里导致发生危险。 |

一般来说 元件scale 越小 quantum fluctuation 就越大 这时候特容易产生tunneling
和 co-tunneling.
当这个22nm device用到手机上的时候 估计都不让带手机上飞机了 要不然tunneling信
号真的会强烈干扰通讯塔
特别是3月份日本核污染漂流全球 空气中射线加强 这时候电子特别容易被excited to
higher level 在excitation过程中产生的spin-orbit coupling 简直对于周围的电磁
环境就是一场灾难 |

着往左边伸去踩油门，开车久了很别扭，还容易把人给弄成是罗圈腿。

发帖数: 7283 | 17 ATS可以说是一辆十分focus on driver的车子，所以在乘坐空间尺寸的限制下，GM对于
它的设计也是尽可能优化驾驶员的空间。体现之一就是车子中间那个transmission
tunnel。
后驱车这个tunnel因为要迁就变速器的体积，都是比前驱车宽一些，所以一般车子的设
计都是同时牺牲驾驶座和乘客座的横向腿部空间。ATS对此也能不例外，但它不同之处
就是完全照顾驾驶座的空间，从而彻底牺牲乘客座的空间。从我下面这个照片能看出来
，ATS的驾驶座，油门位置很靠右边，所以司机可以坐在座位的正中央，右脚不用往左
边拗去踩油门——你右脚可以很舒服的自然往前伸去踩油门；但前排乘客座牺牲很大，
有接近一半的横向空间都被那个transmission tunnel的突出给占领了。
这个照片清楚显示了ATS的结构设计，是多么迁就驾驶座而把“惩罚”全都放在乘客座

just one. 所以不见得能见到明显的tunnel。）

是一个交通问题，一旦loveland pass关闭了，运载危险物品的车只能从tunnel通过的
话，会分时放行，大雪天堵在陡坡上不是啥好事吧。
从交通安全上考虑的话，去loveland滑雪，当然还是住在东边的好。 |

一般来说I70在tunnel东侧，最堵的地方是georgetown到idaho springs之间。下雪天路
况最差的是georgetown到tunnel，当然要是雪下得很大的话golden到tunnel都不会好。
关于路况，你看看cotrip上如果路上没有chain law的标志（R符号），那么小心点跟着
车流慢慢开就是了。如果有chain law了的话，装上链子开或者开四驱的车，或者非常
非常小心的开。
其实就去loveland滑雪而言，住在什么地方距离都无所谓，住在denver的话不特别堵车
也就一个小时。至于路况嘛，要是运气不好真遇到下大雪，反正这个滑雪场是在I70最高
的地方，从任何地方过去恶劣路况都是避免不了的。 |

Thruway，NY State bridge和PANYNJ），都可以享受这些facility的discount。
所以PANYNJ的tag因为月费的问题，是最不划算的了。

LIE 495E，然后COLLEGE POINT BLVD出口，或是MAIN STREET 出口下。

，和走不走tunnel没有直接关系。
是可以走tunnel省个10分钟15分钟左右。你的时间挺仅的，估计可以省多少是多少。最

我们当时是住在连接New Jersey和Manhattan的隧道Lincoln Tunnel的New Jersey一侧的
出口附近的旅馆。这里有通过Lincoln Tunnel进出纽约的私营小公共汽车，每5分钟一班
，每人2元，且不用交过路费。终点站在40th St and 8th Ave附近，毗邻时代广场(42th
St and 7th Ave)和地铁线路，比坐火车方便快捷。
小公共汽车的坐法：
1）下高速：在I-495 East进Lincoln Tunnel之前，经过J F Kennedy Blvd, Union City,
NJ, 此处有出口，多少号记不清了，需要事先看好地图。另有两个地标可供利用，
一是I-495 East

招牌后第一时间下高速上右侧的辅路，沿辅路直行上立交桥就是Kennedy Blvd(与I-495垂
直)。万一错过这一出口 |

1、如果中途不停，也不碰到堵车，从匹兹堡开到纽约需要6小时，我这么开过。如果停
车，则需要7-8小时。
2、匹兹堡开到纽约，路线比较简单。一般最常见的走法是 I76 -> I81 -> I78 ->
Holland or Lincoln Tunnel。也可以走 I376 -> US22 -> I99 -> I80 或者 PA28 ->
I80。后两条路虽然有部分 local，但感觉 I80 比 I76 好走，且不收费。
3、如果你说的纽约是指纽约市（New York City），纽约市的停车虽然比较难，但也不
是特别离谱。我在曼哈顿中领馆附近和唐人街附近的收费停车场停过车，一般一次 $13
- $18，最多可以停 12 小时（当然实际上你不可能停这么长时间）。而且这些地方一
般都有位置。也很安全。
4、法拉盛停车：109分局对面有个最大的2层的公共停车场（靠近37 ave），不过据说
这里非常不安全。我从来没停过。还有 41 Ave 进口的潮坊后面的公共停车场。如果时

是哪条？我们开的几次觉得即使还没到tunnel， 前面的路总体也开不快。如果往东边
走不走tunnel 走个桥会不会反而快？我之前用google map 查，如果从 USC 到
oakland, 不走tunnel, 走东边的桥，距离差不多，似乎也不会太堵。前几天听一小姑
娘说，开车从Mt. Lebanon 来 oaklan 只需要20几分钟，坐车40 几分钟，想不通是怎
么走的......
查了下44u, 好像群众反应不太好啊....

sun tunnel 好像几百块就有一个，一个天窗可能要一千块。
客厅的话，装sun tunnel可能不大方。一般看到sun tunnel 都试装在比较小的地方，
譬如走道，浴室，玄关。 |

发帖数: 2972 | 48 "好学区是Orinda,laffeyette,moraga" 这个谁都知道.问题是24公路的TUNNEL的
TRAFFIC基本把一半的潜在的BUYER给吓走了. 现在TUNNEL的TRAFFIC在上下班的高峰基
本可以和BAY BRIDGE相比了.(从TUNNEL一直堵到ORINDA,甚至LAFAYETTE).
也是因为隧道的缘故,Orinda/laffeyette/moraga的房价虽然贵,却远没有PIEDMONT的贵
,甚至比MISSION HIGH 附近都便宜很多,和PA不是一个数量级的. MORAGA甚至还没有学
区很差的BERKELEY/OAKLAND HILL贵.
希望2013年的新隧道的2个车道开通后交通会好些( 双向6车道改8车道).
我说过ALBANY学区好是相对的好(和周围的OAKLAND,RICHMOND和EL CERRITO比),不是绝
对的好( API,上好大学的比例等等).
"Albany高中900左右"是我的错误.我几年前(2009)查过好象是86X,今天发贴前没细查. |

But the officials didn't say anything and let them finish
After many days of hard work they finished
They came out of the awesome tunnel they dug only to find cops waiting for
them by the exit of the tunnel
