首先声明：我其实比较烦“攻略”之类的东西。我认为，宁可少去几个地方，但每去一
个地方都用心感受，比蜻蜓点水地去很多地方、留下一堆“到此一游”的照片要强得多
。另外，我个人的兴趣是自然景色、野生动物以及历史人文，当然我会侧重于这些方面
；如果你感兴趣的是游乐场、购物天堂，可以就此打住。
怎么定义“远足”呢？我曾经一口气开到波士顿、佛蒙特，甚至多伦多，还有一次开到
了西海岸（不过不是一口气，而是几口气）。如果把这些算作“远足”，那就止不住了
。所以我想还是现实一点比较好，这样也能将篇幅控制一下。那就暂且定义为离华盛顿
开车大约不超过四个钟头吧！这样的话，如果你精力旺盛，可以当天回来；当然如果有
一个长周末的话就更加从容了。

简单来讲VT的防守就用了两组战略。1st,2nd，还有3rd & short 的时候，cover-0 man
blitz press。3rd & long的时候 cover-1 man blitz press。
cover-0 man blitz press。所谓cover 0，就是两个safety全都放弃后场保险任务，DB
+LB 7个人里5个人负责人盯人，另外两个负责blitz。Cover-1 man blitz press是只留
一个Safety 看后场，剩下5个人盯人，1个负责blitz。
OSU的read-option跑攻完全是靠数box人头的。2-deep safety的时候可以很舒服的跑各
种option，1-deep的时候就只能inside-zone强推，或者靠lead QB run，speed option
，或者pull一侧的lineman到另一次这种outside run。这几样都需要O-line上步调一致
才能推出空档来。0-deep的时候，box里面有9个人，这个几乎就是不可能跑出任何空档

几个小trail不用走，尤其是那个swiftcurrent nature trail，如果坐many glacier船
的话没什么意思，船上都能看到。
瀑布那几个，你走长trail的时候会经常看到瀑布的。
two medicine听说和many glacier差不多。可以顺路去看一眼。不过我也没走那边的
trail，不清楚。一个经典的是dawson什么的一个loop，不过很长很长。
Ptarmigan lake 都到了就去tunnel吧。
grinnell确实经典，但是冰川公园
经常有trail不开放，你去的时候每天问ranger或visitor center查一下。如果
grinnell不开就去iceberg吧。iceberg去完顺便去ptarmigan tunnel，不过这样一天确
实很累。
ptarmigan lake没什么特别好看的，但是tunnel另一边超级漂亮，非常值。
grinnell先去grinnell glacier，grinnell lake可去可不去，有空而且不累的话可以
去。去grinnell glacier的一路上都可以 |

两个邪灵。赶紧生火，突然，其中一个小人把这块肉片拿起来吃掉了，还诡异的看着我
们。画外音提示，反正也跑不掉了，他的选择也没错。
于是我就拼命的往tunnel前面跑，没想到尽头是一间办公室， 打开门，里面有个套间
， 画外音提示其他的小人都在那个套间里面躲着，但是是无用的，一会儿都会被吃掉
。看到旁边有个壁橱，就躲了进去，希望能躲过去。
然后就醒了。。。
这是不是某个恐怖电影的剧情啊？ |

做法:
1, 在X上自动建立Reverse SSH Tunneling到A，可以搞个脚本，开机自动运行那种。
2,在任何时候，Y可以ssh到A，通过A ssh链接到X。
原理在于，X因为是动态ip或局域网ip，外面（A或Y）不能直接连X，但是X可以连A，因

现在的伤口大概10厘米长,1.8厘米深，每天两次用盐水冲洗然后换纱布(

dressing。 有一处有个tunnel， 大概半厘米长，每次换dressing都要小心的把
纱布放进去。但是好像这个tunnel愈合的很慢。前几天开口还是平的，这几天周围的
组织都长出来了，开口就斜了。问nurse也说不出来个什么方法可以加速tunnel的愈合。

China’s military carried out a fourth flight test of an intercontinental
ballistic missile last week, firing off a new road-mobile ICBM on Thursday,
according to U.S. officials.
