所以咧，我最近在潜心研究给她做什么吃的。
学习之后知道了，还真不能乱吃，
每天营养要均衡：
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。

哥所在的公司部门过年新换了个小秘，原来的小秘升职了
这小秘就擅自把大伙的免费snack从donut，水果，cheese，chips，frozen yogurt，
beef jerky，pepperoni都换成了veggies，连dip都是low fat的，哥看着一盘子的生黄
瓜，生西兰花，生胡萝卜条，实在是下不去嘴，只好挑点圣女果吃，连周五哥最喜欢的
smoke salmon都没有了
小秘还逢人就说，所有的veggies都是from local market，都是有机的，是most
healthy snacks
其他部门的同事来开会一开始都用同情的眼光看我们，后来也不愿意了，因为我们部门
都去他们那蹭吃的去了
对了，哥所在的部门80%的male，一周下来，倒掉的veggie是吃掉的10倍

If the fruit and veggie have skin and the skin can be peeled off, no need to
be organic because you can get rid of the preservative by removing the skin
.
If the veggie has a strong flavor like onions, no need to be organic because
it does not have preservative on it.
Otherwise fruit and veggie should be organic, especially berries and grapes.
They are very jucy sweet and have no thick skin so usually lots of

his favorite food) after that. We parents strictly follow the rule, our son
knows we are very firm about this, so he follows the rule as well.
But on the other hand, find out what kind of veggie he likes to eat. Give
him options. In our home, he has to eat veggie and keep a balanced diet. If
he does not eat veggie (the one he likes), no meat.
