最基本的，有一、煎。二、煮。三、炒。四、蒸。五、烧。六、烚。七、焗。第八，就
是混蛋了。唉，又像在骂人。
以卵击石，早就有这种俗语，可见得蛋是那么脆弱的，也代表了我们这群人民。最低微
，价钱最贱的蛋，是那么千变万化，我口口声声大喊：「蛋，万岁！」
没有一种食材那么容易做，那么亲民。就算有些女人是笨蛋一个，永不下厨，也会把蛋
做好。
慢点，这句话说得太早，我见过一个，油没热，就打蛋下去煮。当然，做出来的蛋白死
硬，毫无香味，咽不入喉。
就算一个最普通的煎蛋，也要等油生烟，才能下蛋的。用滚油和不热的油，再用植物油
和动物油比较一下，你就知道分别。
不要给那些自以为专家的家庭主妇吓倒，也别听庸医乱讲。一个普通大小的蛋，只含七
十八卡路里，吃不死人的。一杯星巴克冻咖啡，已有五百六十一卡路里。
除非你是个白痴，天天吃，餐餐吃，那才有毛病。其实什么东西都一样，过量了，像整
天吃生菜的女人，也会变成兔子。
偶而八八蛋，乐趣无穷。我自己下厨，也会做多种变化的蛋，但是一个人的知识有限，
有什么好过从诸位大厨学习呢？

几年来从这里看到了很多人情冷暖，世态炎凉，悲欢喜乐，也从很多分享的故事中得到

应该从哪里说起呢。要不还是从我决定离婚说起吧。那一年我已经31岁了，结婚也已经

早上还是睡到自然醒，因为住的地方有早饭，而且还有我最爱吃的waffle,所以早上相
对来说比较方便。时差与东部开始只晚1小时了，天气也暖和很多。一件T－shirt和外
套就可以了，但是寒意还是很重。早上刚好9:00出发，开始了我们茫茫的大草原穿越。
有所不同的是，这里的一片草原开始有了绿色，生意盎然。经过一段toll, Kansas
TurnPike，只要$2.5. 从I-70 East经过Kansas City，这段是我开的。在一个休息区，
遇到一个老白，那家伙更猛，一个人开了车从Arizona到DC，看他精神特别好，于是一
路上我就有了寻找的目标。Kansas City不属于Kansas，属于Missouri. 这个让我觉得

昨晚睡在树林里的小屋里，感觉很不错，虽然这家连锁的旅店不如前几家的好。因为昨
晚来得比较晚，再加上LD和前台的老印骚了很久，我们把车停在了我们room的边上，而
且我们的room是最边上的一个，所以搬起东西来非常方便。吃了从中餐馆带回来的饭菜
，感觉非常的舒服。
早上8点就醒来了，在去餐厅的路上，看着四周的树林和透过树林的朝阳，LD说要是这
辈子都能住这样的地方就好了。早饭依然是 Continental Breakfast, 但是却没有
waffle。依然是早上9点出发，现在已经没有时差了。本来很开心的，可以穿过我向往
已久的Great Smoky Mountain。GPS提示我们走I-40 E, 但是我们的打算是走山里的
parkway，所以一开始我们走错了。LD的方向感比我差，再加上犟脾气，等到自己发现

效率太低! 我家娃娃8点上学, 我7:15起床就足够了, 娃7:25起床,7:45出门, 娃的早饭
在车上吃, 面包,waffle, toast + 牛奶.
还是动作太慢, 做饭40分钟足够了, 吃完饭先别洗碗, 用这个时间陪孩子读书学习, 然
后伺候睡觉, LD洗碗或者娃睡了之后再来洗碗收拾厨房. |

发帖数: 54 | 49 早餐可以简化：买冰冻的waffle或者pancake或者面包花生酱，2分钟就好。
晚餐也可以简化：周末做一顿多的，买些冰冻的饺子混沌披萨，常备一些可以慢炖的肉
和菜，这样周一周二吃周末剩的，周三吃饺子什么的，周四吃慢炖锅的菜，周五下班的
时候叫个外卖。每天只用煮个青菜汤，这样最晚7点给小孩和自己开饭，不要等老公。
吃完了不要洗碗，先陪小孩玩和读书，到8点半就给孩子洗漱，最晚9点弄上床，然后把
孩子的书包清点一下，需要做什么心里有个数，再把孩子和自己第二天的衣服准备好，
这会儿老公也吃完饭了，再去洗碗。准备些好的小孩看的电视节目或者dvd，有紧急情
况的时候就顶上。
杂草树叶可以带着小孩一起收拾，就当亲子活动了，必要的话可以让孩子挣点零花。每
两个月请老墨大扫除一下。家里要常备handyman的联系办法，有要紧事就打电话。
孩子如果太缠人，一定要多带去图书馆看书，等他／她爱上了看书，就不理你了，顺便
把阅读也给补上了。（我家老二15个月，玩具堆里大概有30本书，自己抱着书一本一本
翻，也能混个20分钟。）等你有了两个娃，就可以扔一块玩，你可以安心做事情了。 |

，披萨，牛排，waffle,然后冷藏部放色拉叶子菜，希腊酸奶，豆腐干，味增对付着，
还稍微健康一点。感觉你老婆很想回国，现在还在适应期。 |
