的问题。 由于地势没有一个比较大的斜坡， 仅仅比街道高出一点， 所以如果在雨季
的时候地下室的两侧就有渗水。 目前地下室时全装修好的， 渗水是可以明显看到地毯
有水迹。 我的问题目前打算找WATERPROOF COMPANY 做了treatment， 大概需要多少预
算？整个地下室大概有1300sf，曾经找到一个公司来免费评估过说要在室内挖一圈放管
子，大概1.5-2万美元。 除了这个办法，有没有便宜点的方法呢？因为我们卖房子的时
候准备实话实说这个地下室有漏水，但是我们做了水处理，然后按市场价格来卖。实际
上我们的这个区地势都差不多，个人感觉邻居也都会有类似问题。但是由于学区非常好
，这个的房子卖得很快。不知道新住户对这个漏水问题是怎么看的，但是当时我们买了
之后发现这个问题真的是非常frustrated。 所以也不像欺骗下一任屋主，希望在卖房
子之前做一些治理工作。大家能给说说怎样做能便宜又有效呢？ 多加一个sump pump

发帖数: 392 | 6 前段时间发了个帖子，大概就是刚买的房子，1976年的旧房子，地下室是block的，搬
进去两周就发现地下室地面有水迹，然后发现有有对应的两处墙也是湿的。 很是担心
，就找了几家contractor来做waterproof的评估。最后选了一家，在地下室内沿墙四周
挖渠道埋管子（next to the footer）,footer上的那层block钻孔，水就会流出来，从
管子流到sump pump。
今天动工了，但是发现block钻了孔以后，大部分的孔是干的，有一部分孔确实是潮湿的
，但是没有流动的水。
这个房子的地下室有两三处竖直的裂缝，其中有一条缝修补过，以前肯定是water
leaking过的，因为那条缝周围的block颜色深很多。 另一处当初发现水迹的block，孔
有点湿，但不是非常厉害。还有就是房子的一个侧面大概30ft有一条小水流经过，是
sanitaria water汇集经过的途径。
我是不是花了冤枉钱，其实不需要这样做的。另外这样做了后，房子结构会受影响吗？
另外地下室有点潮湿是不是应该是正常的，除湿机就可以了？

雨能挡,大雨就会浸湿.不知道表是啥意思.似乎water resistant to 50 meters更强调
的是抗水压而不是进水不进水.不进水应该是基本的. |

是snow related sports用的。估
计snowshoes的时候也很有用。就是那种polyester只类的材料，只不过又加了一层
thermo-insulator在底下。对我这种
特害怕冬天的人来说，应该好点吧。我穿过那种没有insulator的，罩在我里三层外三
层的裤子外面，行动起来当然没有太
大的不方便，不过显然没有轻装上阵好了。

那颜色，我怎么抬得起头啊。。。再说我冬天户外的衣服没一个能和这颜色搭得起来的
。。。
恩，其实就waterproof也可以，没必要有insulator。想想以前也是就罩一个薄薄的防水尼龙裤就好了。。。 |
