Every
I've tried increasing my stroke rate breathing every two strokes as I
normally do, what happens is, I can swim a couple laps like that just
fine, then I just drop back down to my normal cruising pace after a
while, so breathing every three strokes can kind of enforce the higher
stroke rate without the need to time myself every couple lengths or
so. Remember, I am trying to increase the stroke rate for long
distance swims (>1km), and I think my approach is pretty effective so
far.

我也想打水时要用大腿带动小腿，避免过多的弯膝.
单独打水是好像还好一点。一加上手和转体呼气腿就散了。
感觉单独打水时腰部崩紧了，打腿就好。 上体不平衡，腰散了，打腿就差了
D导，是不是这个理？
3. 想像mrsdfz (拔苗)一样录一下水下来纠正动作，不知道要什么样的Waterproof
Camera。
GoPro in waterproof case? 三百大洋，也太贵了。

从刚开始化妆时的YSL的金管，豹纹；到lancome的所有种类；到dior show；
最后到了这两年的日系kiss me，我本来以为，我这辈子就抱着kiss me不放手了，再也
不用试其它品牌了。
结果世事难料，最近一阵子又发现，原来美国的一些开架品牌睫毛膏，也是好用又便宜
，一点都不比以上各个大牌差，可是那价格阿，真是让你想不买都不行，定价也就4---
8块，赶上有deal，就跟白送一样。
把它们拿出来稍微比较一下。
今天比较两个：kiss me纤长 VS cover gril LashBlast Waterproof
这两个睫毛膏都是走清爽，纤长路线的。
kiss me，日本鼎鼎有名的开架药妆店品牌，做睫毛膏起家，名声大振，现在附属产品
也很多了，但是依旧是睫毛膏口碑最好。
优点就是：超强防水防晕，根根分明绝对没有苍蝇腿，拉长效果一流。
缺点：在美国不太容易买。
cover gril LashBlast Waterproof，美国很有口碑的开架睫毛膏，在instyle的评选里
得过奖。
