唯一不带housing 就waterproof的相对大CMOS机器，这玩意是nikon 1系里面唯一不甩
货的。我等了1年半了，价格还没降下来。
gopro 4 自带housing可以 40m waterproof，还可以买其他的壳达到 60m waterproof
，不过总觉得gopro overprice了 |

least 75%. It automatically takes out most the stuff that cant be ordered
but some stuff gets through like items that are available for store pick up
but are OOS everywhere. Most of it is clothes and shoes , which may not be

1) 地下室漏水
"A complete, new water management system has been installed, including two
(2) sump pumps and an interior perimeter drain. This is an indication of
past water problems. While usually effective in controlling water
problems, interior perimeter drains, if not properly installed, can over a
period of time, result in foundation damage, including collapse. Sump
pumps were tested and functioned properly."

installing the pump.
the only potential problem is when there is a big storm and the power is out
. in that situation, the pump cannot do its job and you would get a flood in
the basement.
sump pump is usually installed with a waterproof system. the waterproof
usually has a life time warranty which is transferable.
if you like the house, ask the seller about the warranty.

来的，既然cracks修好了应该就没事了。Agent说这种裂缝很常见，当时房子还有其他
人抢，所以我
们也没多想就上了。
这几天我不放心，催着agent问对方提供漏水的细节。下面刚得到的答复。

做什么update，inspection下来一大堆的问题，我有点想退出了，LD说还是做做quote
再说吧，结果更加令人震惊，主要问题如下：
１。电路问题，房子里的knob and tube还是active的，需要remove和rewire，电工报
价１０k。
２。地下室有渗水和一些mold，请waterproof公司报价要１７k，还不包除mold，除
mold估计还得３０００左右。
３。窗户要换，８０００。
４。garage的地面要重铺，报价６５００。
５。还有其他的小修理，大概要１０００左右。
这个房子交通很好，学区也是最好的，现在就是担心就算花钱进去了也解决不了根本的
问题，到时候越花越多，但是附近其他remodel过的房价又实在不能承受，很是纠结，
是不是买这种老房子就是买trouble呀？加了waterproof就肯定能解决mold的问题吗？
这种房子即使update过以后是不是还是很难resell？请大家给点意见我就不要这么纠结

to give you a definite answer. If your foundation is poured concrete, cracks
are unavoidable. If you like, you can google foundation cracks. I am sure
you can find a lot of information which is always from waterproofing
professionals.
Simply put, for the vertical cracks, no leaking, no wide (>1/8inch), no need
to repair.

买的床垫是有vinyl cover的，然后我又买了一床不带waterproof 的cotton mattress
cover 罩在床垫上，我觉得摸上去还可以，软乎乎的，像薄薄的小褥子。我的宝宝还没
有出生，所以不知道效果。如果mm感兴趣的话，可以试试。 |

本来都决定Searly Foam-core了，好像挺popular的，但amazon上有好几个negative
review说sink。
考古发现有好多mm抱怨娃不喜欢waterproof，我想想也觉得那个不舒服。
然后发现传统型的Simmons BeautyRest Pampering Nights也很popular，但是网上
review极少，不太好比较。我知道这个coil的比foam重一点，但上次有个mm推荐一个带
拉链的sheet set，换床单不用提起mattress，所以重量没关系，还是娃舒服要紧。

我家小孩有一次早上没憋住，尿床了，自己还糊涂着，我就赶紧把她拉马桶去了，
同时换了床具，什么都没说。不得不说，crib/toddler mattress设计成waterproof
还是很有道理的，大人换个fitted sheet就行。 |
